the service I had to today was horrible especially for my first time stopping at this dunkin dounts. I ordered the snack & bacon which was cold I have been to plenty of other locations where they served it warm not cold(room temperature). I went back in to ask them to heat up the bacon because it was cold. The lady at the register hands it off to one of her associates which he ask the cook to heat up the bacon. The woman than said something which I didn't understand and then the gentleman returned my with the same cold bacon and said it's not supposed to be warm i then said what does that have to do with me being the customer and asking you to heat up my order. He then returned later with the old bacon still cold and a new batch that was now burnt that lady is fiesty ...I'll never come back to this place again !!!! IG @TrueMoney_Malik

This is the second time a found a piece of hair in my drink. The first time I wasn't sure. The second time (because I took extra precaution) I found a piece of hair caught underneath the lid of my latte. I will not be ordering from this location anymore. But EVERYONE that was working should be retrained around cleanliness, especially with a pandemic threatening people's lives. If this was done on purpose, whoever was making the drinks shouldn't be working in the food industry. Too many consumers are blindly trusting Dunkin to risk it on one person who doesn't care if their hair falls into customers drink/food

Gotten my donut with hair! And my egg and bacon sandwich tasted so disgusting like it wasn't fresh, I usually don't have a problem with any of the customer service but it's always something with the food. I don't see myself coming back here I'll stick to my usual one in Mattapan
