I purchased a case of Talipia fillet fiish and the guy who waited on me did not want to give me a receipt.I asked again for my receipt, he said " you don't need a receipt for cash purchases. "Now , this is after waiting for my receipt and watching this particular individual come out of another door to continue his business.I get the fish home and the fish has shades of green , tinted green or spaces of green on the fish that I purchased.I took the fish back but I was Blessed to find one of the owners still on the property and exchanged the BAD fish.This was almost a clear case of fish food poisoning if we did not check the date.Which was from :10/19/2023.Somebody is running a scam out of CRAM'S !

I've been going to this business for a number of years for my lobster fix. I love lobster so I'd buy 2 pounds of lobster meat. When I first went here the price was affordable but as the years went by the price would go up now the price is at around 90.00 or more nervous how much iobster will be in the next 5 year's i love the lobster at this business.....

I have been going to the place for about 8 years now. Today was the end for me!! I was called a bit ch today because I went back to ask why I was charged more than what I got!
This Business is very Racist unprofessional and assaulting. I went to this place to buy some crabs for my son and upon my purchase i was quoted on price of $60 and ten another man came out of the office and stated that he will help me at that point he quoted me a price of $75. I then asked why is the price different from the one the first man gave at that point the guy started to yell and swear in my face with no mask on and throw my card across the table so I requested to speak with his manager and i told the manager what happened and how his Employee was yelling at me over a price and being unprofessional the owner look at me and stated this was not a f****** church I asked what do he mean by that and MR. ***** said if i want handouts and profession to go there and then stated his girl friend was on the phone and she was getting upset. At this point i got my card and left the place and let them know i was going to report them and he state that this is his place he doesn't care.

I bought snow crab for the first time for my surf and turf from cram seafood, a coworker told me about them, then I bought a box from BJ'S and was shocked at the total difference between the two. I almost cried when I was the beat up crab legs in BJ'S box I guess this is why they don't let you see the product before you buy it. Now it's Saturday evening and cram seafood is closed and my cookout is Sunday I can only hope that they are opening up the the public this weekend.
