Great overall at this location. Wait staff was friendly and accommodating, the food the cooked to my requests and the Restaurant atmosphere was well lit and the music wasn't' too loud like some other places.
Bartenders are great wish Nachos would come back don't understand why the bar Bartenders need to we're there hair up and the Cooks don't have to cover up there nasty beards wile there cooking prity gross Especially when you can see them through the window hanging over the food. like I said the bottle tenders a great fun

I can go to Ellis Square 1/2 mile down the road and get a burger for $2 cheaper and it is 5x the quality. Not sure how these prices are justified…

Pretty upset about the experience our server on august 30th was amazing but really disgusted since there was a baby cockroach climbing the wall at our table that I ended up killing along with a full size adult one in the bathroom on the wall that we also killed we informed our server but doubt we will ever be back to this

Ordered 2 meals to go. The food was ordered well in advance . After waiting 20+ minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready, I was told the problem was they were busy and had no one available to bring it out. I told them I wasn't interested in waiting longer for food that had been sitting around for over 20 minutes and left. I called another nearby restaurant, ordered, picked up the food and was on my way home in less than 20 minutes.

Wish I took pics. Great food! But I have to say, this restaurant is consistently good, but Rob our waiter was amazing. He was pleasant, courteous, came to our table several times to check our needs, and had a lovely personality! Everybody is nice there, but he definitely stands out as if he appreciates his job and actually enjoys helping people!

Went in to have dinner seeing that the parking lot only had a few cars. Walked in looked around and saw about 20-25 customers & most of them at the bar waited about 5-6 minutes for someone to greet me. No one did. I had to ask for a hostess. Waited another 4-5 minutes. I ended up walking out. Being a former day time manager at that 99 20 years ago I was very disappointed. Corporate should be ashamed of themselves. Oh I ended up going to Danvers 99. It was awesome!!!

Love the big open semi outside space they have at the Salem/Beverly MA location, it's awesome! Our waitress Jade is one of the most hard-working, professional, polite waitresses I've had in a long time. It was not our intention to go to this restaurant tonight but I'm really glad we did.....Jade made 4 young teens and 3 adults very happy....AND, they have cornhole, fun!
