Unable to rate food as wasn’t served any. Shown to table on a very quiet night. Opening greeting pleasant. Waited 20 mins after placing menus on the table to indicate we were ready to order. Watched the waitress serve the table next to us and the waiter sort the bill for the table to our right. Watched 4 servers and the man who showed us to our table congregate together toward the end of the restaurant, often on phones. No one approached us, despite us looking over constantly. After 20 mins of nothing, we left. I’ve never experienced worse service.

Opted to sit at the bar when we saw two open seats in lieu of our reservation and we were so glad we did!Vanessa was very charismatic and friendly, helping to make our date night experience even more memorable.The chicken parm looked amazing and my filet was absolutely delicious.Keep this place on your short list when looking for a great dinner spot right in the heart of downtown Salem.Dietary restrictions: The chicken parm and pasta could both be made gluten free. This place seems like a great fit for anyone looking for yummy gluten free options.Parking: Easy and free parking options nearby.

Perfectly cooked pork with a rich but not to "blue" cream sauce. Plenty of food for dinner plus the leftovers which will be lunch this weekend! My vegetarian wife ordered the leek and mushroom ravioli and she was in heaven too. Lastly if you are a fan of German Hefeweisen beer, grab the Tucher, prob the best authentic Hefe I've ever had!

My friend and I dined here on January 26th. We were welcomed by the owner, Vini, and served by Maura. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything we experienced was beyond our expectations. The service was very warm, and friendly ... our shared calamari was very good and our salmon and swordfish entrees were absolutely spectacular. After a lifetime in the restaurant business, I am often very critical ... but, in all honesty, we had an excellent experience at the Adriatic and are looking forward to our next visit. Nice job Vini!

Food was excellent. Had the daily special of scallops on saffron risotto.Service was very attentive and extremely friendly.Calm and silent atmosphere on a Thursday evening. For me after a day of travel exactly what I was looking for.Definitely coming again. Thank you.
