Service was absolutely awful. Food was not prepared correctly. Competency of the staff left much to be desired. Sunday AM of course it's busy, we decided to wait in the drive through (our decision). Waited over 25 minutes. When we got our food from the window, we were asked repeatedly about what our coffee order was. After confirming 3x, the wrong coffees were handed to us. The food was not made as ordered, the coffees (black hot coffee with sugar) wasn't made with sugar. Bagels ordered dry and extra toasted with a side of bacon and side of avocado (repeatedly ordered on the side nothing on the bagel) was prepared with butter, and the bacon and avocado on a bagel (the person eating this bagel doesn't eat meat). Anyways, definitely won't be back, ever. And won't make a recommendation. Would have preferred any Dunkin' Donuts over this, waste of time and waste of money.

I love this establishment! This place has everything you want. The long lines show you how good the food is and how good the quality is. I am obsessed with their chicken salad. The pricing is perfect for bagels here and nothing needs to change in my opinion. Right when you walk in you are greeted by the Devine smell of bagels

I usually grab a bakers dozen of bagels and a 8oz Cream Cheese! (non peak time if possible, lunch time gets busy!) Everyone is very nice here and does an excellent job, these are really good bagels! Thank You!My dog waits for the lid anxiously every time!Vegetarian options: They have bagels, lettuce, pickles, onions, ect, vehggie cream cheese, much more!Parking: parking in rearWheelchair accessibility: I believe there is a commercial door on the rear parking lot area, also, there is a ramp going down to bathrooms and dining area.

I love the bagels here and have been a long standing customer. Warning: don’t order bagels by the dozen online, you will be charged A LOT more than in person PLUS a service fee. I did that once and when I pointed out, they shrugged.
Best bagels. Worst web sites in the history of web sites. It's not brain surgery but ordering ahead here is torture. Imagine, it's impossible to order 1 single bagel, no spread. I have never seen a more complicated, menu. Then the payment failed "transaction error" after trying for an hour. The lines are too long. I left.

12/22/23: The women can be very confrontational and confused. The one lady who was helping us did not understand and got angry at the customers when she was the one who was not comprehending. Her coworker came to help very angrily then left and helped other people and left us with her. Very unusual and unprofessional, if you do not understand English and get angry; then you should not be at the register taking orders. Probably wont come to this specific location again. There is no problem with not fully understanding but deflecting and getting angry is not okay. Ruined my breakfast with my mother since I got so much heat over a sandwich order. ??♀️
