I get a black coffee with caramel, this is the only dunks that'll give me a different coffee every time, just the two ingredients but different amounts they seem to also rerun the coffee, won't be going

I ordered a coffee one milk. The man working the cash asked me -do you want sugar? I answered -mmmhhh ok a little please. When I got my coffee, it was a coffee one milk, 3 sugar. We were in a rush with a halloween event so had to leave. Disappointed.
