Delicious, well crafted dishes. AMAZING crab rangoon. Staff is always very warm and friendly. I always pick up and my order is ready before I get there.

Great service and always fast. We usually pick up, but delivery is speedy as well. General Gau's Tofu and the Garlic Lo Mein are our go-tos. The baby dumplings, crab rangoon, and chicken teriyaki are great as well. We've been ordering from here for years.Vegetarian options: The General Gau tofu is a favorite of mine. Sometimes the spice level varies, but it's always good.

They used to be a great option before I moved. I just moved back and went and it's not the same. the special plate used to be full of rice, now they only give you some rice. The crab rangoons used to be so full, with great crab; is they're sad and pathetic. Even the poor chicken fingers lost about a pound a piece. They're cutting back to kale profit, and making a lot of terrible changes. You guys lost a postal customer man.

Horrendous. Pork fried rice was over cooked, pork was dry and hard. Teriyaki chicken was burnt to a crisp. Outer crust of egg rolls were very hard and inside was mush; we couldn't even tell what we were eating. The only thing that had flavor was the duck sauce (which tasted more like watered down apricot preserves). My husband (who will eat just about anything once and has NEVER thrown away a meal) wouldn't finish his meal ?

Luncheon special L1($6.99) comes with chicken fingers (which I do not eat) I asked if I could swap that for a similar priced appertizer I chose pork stripsA side order of chicken wings cost ($6.25) A side order of pork strips are ($6.50) 25 cent difference. My cost for L1 went up $5.00!To $11.99I made sure she knew I was only requesting a swap but she kept going on about the big difference in price as she pointed to the menu clearly showing a 25 cent difference. Most Chinese restaurants usually will make an even swap with a similar priced item or charge a $1 or $2First and last time here i'll never know if I would like their food.Their loss...I work with a lot of people that buy lunch out and that's a common break room conversation good food with reasonable prices

I've given this place a chance to impress me a few times and it's really failed to do so. All of the chicken dishes were very similarly bland and overly sweet. And the fried rice was woefully overcooked, dry, and relatively flavorless. That seems to be the trend with the food, bland and boring. The portions were moderately sized, but you do ~not~ get rice with a main dish. So if you ordered Hunan Chicken, you'd also have to order white rice to have any rice with it. So that makes meals come out rather expensive. I just can't recommend the food. There are far better choices.

Long time customer. Always order the same special meal. Tonight it came with a strong taste of something chemical or pharmaceutical. Felt sick after 2 bites. Chemical in food burned my lips. Called HKK many times. No one speaks english. Didn't care about public health, just wanted to bicker over a refund I hadn't even asked for. After milk and charcoal the nausea is going away. Going to report this to the health department. I understand that accidents happen, but the test of a person is how they react and this place was so indifferent to hearing they'd poisoned a customer that I would tell everyone within earshot to NEVER order from this place. Not because I think they'll poison you, but because I know first hand that if they do they won't care.

I have been ordering from Hong Kong King for years because I like their prices and the food I have ordered over and over again is really quite good. I often recommend it to others.
