I have been coming to this IHOP for years. Workers are very friendly and welcoming. My recent experience here wasn’t as good. The wait time was extremely long, people who came after were served before. When we got the food it seemed different than how it usually is. It didn’t look as appetizing. Our waiter was very sweet and accommodating but our orders however were not the best.

Well serving people talking aver food is very disgusting the persons who pick up the empty places go around the restaurant with the dirty car only I go back there with my family if I have no choice.

Our waitress took our order and the order of 2 other tables without writing anything down. I made a comment to her wondering how she could remember it all. All orders came out incorrectly or missing food. When we told her what we were missing, she went back to get us the food. Half of it came out incorrectly again. She said they are very short staffed. I think it would help if she wrote down the ordersThe food was very yummy and the restaurant was clean. Unfortunately bad Interaction with that employee made it a bad visit

I eat here at least once a week. My spouse and I love the service and food, but I've noticed that we are getting less and less food each time we go, and that's ridiculous with how much everything is. We get hardly any fries with our food, no butter anymore on the pancakes, and the hashbrowns are way smaller (used to get almost whole plate now just a small piece), just tiny bite size slices of ham, and two burnt super small pieces of bacon last week. This week was better but still only a few fries with our burgers. The servers are all great so I'm assuming it's the kitchen staff.
Think they were short staffed the guy that approached me waiting for a seat couldn't speak English so I struggled. The server was quite curt with me which is unusual. The pancakes were fabulous as usual, love that they do gluten free.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free was great

As soon as you walk in you smell the bathrooms. It's disgusting. In the dinning room to the right however you can't smell the odor at all. I ordered the waffle breakfast and they weren't very good. They were dry and tasteless.

Waited 5 mins at counter...still no hostess my wife had to walk around to find someone to seat us, finally got seated, waitress was awesome ,attentive and diligent, I got the split decision the sausages and bacon were weird tasting and covered in a oil (microwaved) , the French toast was under cooked and soppy, pancakes were ok at best and I got a side of English muffins grilled...they looked grilled but there were not , still cold and uncooked,alot of yelling was coming from the kitchen area. It's like a kid is running this place. We will not be back the waitress should find another place to work .

Medicore breakfast for a fast, cheap meal. Nothing too fancy or exciting. Most meals come with a side of pancakes. Sun at 10am was very slow service and only 2 waiters so wait times were 20min longer. I enjoyed the hashbrowns but no wow factor.
