Ordered carrot cake before realizing it was $8.50 for a cup, which is 95% cream frosting? Whipped cream not sure, basically no cake and I and no one should ever pay $8.50 for whipped topping

Absolutely love Jaho! This new location is huge and has great vibes! Decorated so well and such delish treats! Can never get enough of their Nutella iced coffee! Or making anything boozy ? highly suggest for your next coffee stop!!

Prices are actually outrageous. A cupcake for $11? I remember in 2021 it was $6, a year later it was 8-9. Now 11? A plain black coffee for 5.50?! Owners are price gouging and should be ashamed of themselves. A coffee and a cupcake should not cost nearly $20, absolutely

I love ❤️ love Jaho. I have been a loyal customer for so long that I was shocked to find the boba on my drink were frozen and very unpleasant to eat. Not to mention that the flan that I order online was $9. I bought it still thinking that it would be a fair size. The flan was roughly half of the size of the container. Not sure what happened ? but really disappointed in the size and quality of your products during this visit.
