Pricey but the value is in the ingredients and preparation. Delivery is sketchy with seafood so you are better off doing take out. It's worth the trip for as hot and fresh seafood. The roast beef is second to none, prepared to order. The menu is a bit daunting but something for everyone to be sure. I have never tried the pizza but my friends tell me it's above average. Highly recommended.

They are not or miss. I got a roast beef last week and the beef was basically raw and by the time it came it was ice cold. However, we also got a steak and cheese calzone and it was hot so ..?The onion rings are great and the quality of them is consistent.

We went out of our way to try the famous roast beef. We were greeted by a very rude counter person. We both ordered the roast beef sandwich. It was luke warm on a soggy bun. She was very irritated I asked her to repeat what I could get on my sandwich, that's not listed anywhere. I ordered water, she gave water out of the sink they wash hands in with no ice. Inside is very dank and dated. Unless this is your kinda place, I'd save your $$

IDK what happened after Jonny K sold this place, but the prices skyrocketed, and the service sucks. This is the second chance I've given them. The first time, they messed up my whole order and told me I was wrong. Umm, no, I know what I ordered. Then I called in, and they answered, “Hello?” like he was surprised the phone rang and I was bothering him. This was the neighborhood spot. Not anymore Bill n Bob’s, it is from now on.
They are hands down the best! Best food regardless of time when ordering! Best Drivers and customer service!They take my money with ease!

Was the best RB; now the worst. Was tender sliced oven-roasted beef. Now, completely mashed raw watery beef tartare. Disgusting. Has to be a health dept. violation. The new owners do not understand what a beef rib or round or chuck roast is. They should learn, or change their business name. Too bad the last owners dodged taxes or something and got bagged.

Was in Salem for the day and decided to try a north shore roast beef sandwich for the first time. I wasn't a huge fan of this cut of beef. It was super chewy and soggy. There wasn't much flavor either so overall I was disappointed. The best thing were the fries which they give you a huge portion regardless of the size you order. The person at the counter was super nice though and they kept getting a ton of orders. This place is mainly for takeout but there are two small tables if you want to sit down and eat. Not much room for a group.
