Ordered food for delivery and specifically asked for an onion roll. I didn't get an onion roll. Instead I got a sesame seed roll which I don't like at all. The kicker, my husbands burger had an onion roll But he finished it before I opened my sandwich. Very sad considering we order from here a lot.

I wish they would open one in the North Shore but until they do, I'll drive an hour away to get my grilled chicken Caesar salad. Sooo good. Great staff, huge menu.Parking: Theres is PLENTY of free parking in this plaza.Kid-friendliness: I always see kids enjoying their dinner.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to get in the restaurant and thry have designated tables to accommodate wheelchairs.

Check your salad for bugs. Had bugs in the chicken ceases salad on two different occasions. Thought the first time was a fluke, guess not. I asked for a refund for the salad and they said yes, but never came through. I will not eat there again.

Dude! I just left this place. The food was good, but these guys are weird! First off, it's owned by foreigners. Second, while I was eating my food I noticed a very large, overweight, white guy standing behind the counter near the wall. He was joking with the people working there. Another guy walked up to him and they both grabbed each other's private parts and smiled at eachother. Right in front of everyone!! Bunch of degenerates run this place.

I can't say enough about this place! We discovered them through the food pickup vendors during the Covid quarantines, and have stayed with them, knowing that we will always get a great meal - no matter what we want. It seems like they have virtually everything I might want.

Idk what is going on but if let’s say a person of India is going to invest in a take out place, then why would you choose italian style take out, UNLESS YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH IT of course. Which sadly these people Do not Have! Ive tried multiple times to Understand and support them in their dreams of running a successful BUSINESS and having the American dream, but with little success. The straw that broke my back was when I ordered my go2 chicken cutlet calzone, I ordered it as usual, was eating it as I felt a hair in my mouth, I went to pull it PRAYING it was just mozzarella cheese, but no, a long blondish hair came out still attached to the chess and chicken I was chewing, THE HAIR WAS BAKED INTO THE CALZONE! It didn’t just fall on-top, it was in there!?? I also have short brown hair, Like VERY SHORT. When I called flipping out and asking WHY THE COOK DOESNT WEAR A HAIR NET, they put me on hold for 3-5 minutes then the owner picked up and said “Sorry sir, but we take all the necessary health code precautions here” that’s when I said “ LISTEN UP, I have a 8 inch long medium BLONDE hair in my hand right now, SO IF YOU HAVE A PERSON MAKING CALZONES WITH THE SAME HAIR, YOU BETTER APOLOGIZE AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR ILL HIRE THE BEST LAWYER ALIVE, Give him this hair to run a DNA TEST ON AND IF THIS PERSON EVER WORKED FOR YOU, I WILL OWN YOUR RESTAURANT! To which he pauses, then apologized and asked if I wanted a new calzone or money back? I said I want my money back and they can come get the calzone, minus the hair.They did not come but I got a refund a month later when I filed the complaint with my card.Had this man just apologized at first, I’d have been ok with it, Not order ever again but I can understand an employee not doing what they’re supposed to. But trying to turn it around on me when I told him the hair color and length, that I got me very upset! Especially with their price increase and charging for every little thing, EVEN MUSTARD ON MY PASTRAMI ONCE!! SMH. DONT BUY FROM THIS LONDIS, Idk about the rest!

Hit or miss ever since the original owners sold, But they for sure keep missing on the salad. I always seem to get the ends of the cut and yellow lettuce…not very appetizing opening my bag to a tray full of yellow lettuce. GREEN lettuce guys and no ends !!! Please do better!!

I ordered for the first time last night through Grubhub. I got a big beef with tom, lettuce and sauce and it was exactly as ordered, a Greek salad which was excellent only wish there was more dressing, and a slice of chocolate cake that was freakin awesome. The only problem I had was when it was finally delivered the bun was so soggy on the beef I had to toss it out.

Absolutely outstanding establishment! Great food perfectly prepared excellent consistency and customer service is paramount! Highly recommend! Gotta try the calamari and haddock and ohhh the roast beef is the best!!!!
