ThisMcDonald's is near my house I use my app to pre-order on my way to work but most of the time they mess up on my coffee so I'm not sure if it's the best place to go when you're in a hurry

This is the second time I've been up there and the food is very dry usually cold cheese isn't melted it's supposed to be even juicier than they ever were. Cost me $30 for the two of us the fish sandwich was tiny and had almost no tartar sauce on it the Big Macs were dry and had almost no sauce on them and the buns were awful. If they don't make things right I will not go back to that store on traders way

Only 3 people were in Lobby and there wasn't one table clean to eat at. Staff were leaning against register but nobody bothered to wipe things down.

I go here because I work close by but they can't count I ordered a 20 piece nugget got 15. Another time last month. I had a birthday reward the guy at the speaker insisted it was a happy meal so I ordered a happy meal then they tried to charge me for the happy meal and the manger goes I was right next to him when he took my order which is interesting since I told him it wasn't when I ordered it. They corrected it but took no ownership of their error.

They have never got an order correct. Possibly the language barrier which is annoying considering its in SALEM MASSACHUSETTS not el paso, but also could just be a lack of effort. Terrible experience everytime I've gone, do not recommend.

Worst McDonald's! Orders messed up ,incorrect or missing items every time!!@ today missing a hamburger....some will say it's only a cuppy bucks but think of how many times it happens in a day. How many times it's happened to you! It adds up!

Nobody understands anything that is said to them. Place is always super dirty inside and I wouldn’t eat inside with a hazard suit on. The 1 time I did eat they charged me for sauce they didn’t have. The women just said sorry and didn’t even offer me a refund.
Fast service, always get what you pay for.
