Spicy Tomato and Red Lentil (vegan) was spiced and flavorful the bread square was hard on outside and soft on inside. Ate in with a friend ended up bringing quart home, Loved it that much.

Sad. I ordered from here expecting a nice hearty meal but was instead provided with a pathetic sandwich and an even more pathetic salad. For the prices I thought I would be getting bigger servings. I thought wrong. I've honestly had better premade sandwiches from the off-brand 7/11s inside of airports. I would've been more satisfied had I went to Dunkin' Donuts at 3 pm and bought 3 stale doughnuts that had been sitting out since 7 in the morning. I would've enjoyed Walmart Subway more than this. My sandwich consisted of 3 paltry little rolled up slices of ham, a meager slice of cheddar cheese and some lettuce. These people don't even think you're good enough for an entire slice of cheese. It was like. A third of a slice of cheese. Just a slim piece you'd get from a charcuterie board at a holiday work party that would make you consider quitting on the spot. The actual size of the sandwich left me gobsmacked. Smaller than my hand - which is quite tiny to begin with. This sandwich couldn't even feed a family of four mice. They'd leave hungry and disgruntled. The salad was whatever, considering I don't think its even possible to mess up a salad. It was just equally pathetically sized for the price. A couple pieces of lettuce were rotten so I played Russian roulette while eating it. Maybe I'll wake up sick tomorrow. Who knows. Anyways I ordered this as delivery because I had a cold and didn't want to cook but I think it made me sicker. Giving it 2 stars cause at least the delivery was quick. I'm still hungry.

This is NOT the same New England Soup Factory as the one in Newton MA. The samples that they are known for are a joke here (ridiculously small portion within a thimble of a plastic cup). Not even close to the variety either. The atmosphere is lacking and the service isn't the same either. The soups are NOT the same and the sandwiches are absolutely disgusting. Avoid at all costs. It was so bad I want to drive an hour to Newton to the real location to redeem my taste buds. I'm heard this location is the one franchise location and since they opened it they stopped franchises....I see why! It's an embarrassment to the real deal location.

Small, quaint and clean! My partner and I were in from Indiana and we thoroughly enjoyed it here. Staff was kind. The soup was just a wee bit pricey but super delicious so it was worth it! We'd go back.Vegetarian options: They had a delicious vegan lentil mushroom soup!

The chili con carne was all right. The Grilled Chicken Avocado Wrap was pretty close to gas station quality so I'm not trying that one again anytime soon. I would say this would be a quick option for food, but the line was to the door and not moving because the store manager couldn't figure out how to manage the store's online orders.

Worst service i’ve ever had in my life. Soup tasted like watered down cardboard. Make sure you ask when the soup is made because they have no problem serving you month old food.

Guy yelled at us for trying to use the restroom before we ordered (because there were no seats available yet). Then again when we 'took too long' to decide what we wanted to order. Ended up leaving because we didn't want to give our money to rude people.

I live very close by and frequent this establishment quite often. Every time I go in there I walk in to amazing smells coming out of that kitchen and I am almost overwhelmed with hunger and joy as a result. The people who work here are extremely nice and helpful and definitely care a lot about your experience inside New England Soup. Now for the soup itself, I am ordering in bulk when I go in there and praying I save some for later. Those soups are perfect. Every time I take a bite I can’t help myself from thinking how much detail and deliberation must go into each recipe. If you are not from the area I hope you give this place a try it is amazing soup. Note the kind folks in there may recognize my face but they do not actually know me. I have eaten from there so many times and every time I am amazed and excited by what I’m eating so I figured it’s time New England Soup Factory gets some praise out of me. Hope you give it a try.

We wanted a quick bite and came here for that. It was in fact quick but the sandwiches are pre-made and their "soft bread" as advertised tasted so old and stale. I didn't want olives on my sandwhich but they couldn't make one without them. My friends had their soup and said it was good fortunately but I couldn't speak to it. Would not return or recommend
