A gem of a place. Menu and options are extensive and all made on location. We had sandwiches and soups all very tasty. The sweet options looked sublime and were so disappointed we didn't have the time to try them also. In some cities places like this are hard to come by and this one is a fantastic place. Highly recommend this over the usual Starbucks or chain equivalent offering.Dietary restrictions: There are options for gluten and dairy free and they looked exceptionally tasty.Parking: There is a big parking lot on top of the shops. Also there is more expensive parking outside the front of the store.

A great place to have coffee in a very busy city. The staff is kind and their selection is amazing.

I have no idea what they put in it to make it taste so good, but I had the best London Fog of my life here :)

Delightful cafe with one of the best fog drinks Salem Fog (opinion of the spouse), similar to the Seattle Fog version in Ghost Alley. The breakfast sandwich was delicious, warm, and toasty.

Roseadela's has the best vanilla lattes in town! Friendly and attentive staff. I'm there at least once a week for my latte fix. It's hard not to get a sweet treat each time I'm in. They're great for a quick sandwich on the go. I own a gift shop in town and send people down all the time.

So nice we had to go twice lol! Roseadela's coffee was absolutely delightful! The iced mochas were delicious and just what we needed for a before adventure/mid-day pick me up! Fantastic service here as well and their bakery is super scrumptious! Great gifts and souvenirs too! Love this cute little coffee shop! Highly recommend checking it out for a caffeine fix or a sweet treat if you're ever in Salem, Massachusetts!

I’ll be honest, I didn’t even try the food. I went here a couple weeks ago to do my engagement photo shoot. After a long drive my photographer and I had to use the restroom. Obviously with it being one of the busiest times of the year there’s no toilet paper. The fact that I was wearing a very big tulle skirt, a porta potty was gonna be really rough, I also have serious digestive issues so I was just trying to find the closest restroom at thispoint. We went to this small shop and I said “Hello, I was wondering if I could just get a couple napkins please, there isn’t any toilet paper and I just need to use the restroom.” She replied super rudely “Well I don’t own the mall.” I told her I understood that but if she could just spare a few napkins. She pointed me to table and I started taking a couple napkins. After taking maybe four or five she yelled at me saying “I think that’s enough.” So I stopped and walked out of the shop. I was going to try the food there after but honestly the lack of understanding killed the mood. I totally understand that she doesn’t own the mall, but a little bit of human decency without the attitude would’ve been greatly appreciated.

I’ve been enjoying time at Roseadela’s most days this month, while doing an art and crafts booth. It’s so awesome here!! Everything I’ve had to eat or drink here has been phenomenal. Rose’s training with Michelin star chefs and restaurants really shows. One of my favorite things to do is to get a sandwich, a tea, and a truffle or two, and slowly savor them over the afternoon. I can’t say enough. All of us locals know: Roseadela’s is a hidden gem!!Dietary restrictions: There are clearly labeled ingredients for multiple gluten free items and other allergy considerations. So helpful!Parking: Church lot, street parking, some 15 minute spots, and parking garage all connect to Roseadela’s.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of goodies for kids! Very fun and kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible. No stairs or steps. Flexible seating. Two entrances, one from the sidewalk, make it easier to get in and out.

Very unorganized and some of the staff are disrespectful, particularly the young boy with long hair.

The young lady taking the orders did not give me my whole order, then when I reminded her she told me that I did not order it. After I paid for all of it. She was very insistent that she was not going to give me the missing items. Even with the receipt in front of her. Very rude and terrible service. Will not return.
