Every time I tried to get delivery they would just put me on hold

Wish I could give them ZERO STARS. Ordered this weekend from them. Delivery driver forgot half my order and wouldn’t return and the idiots behind the counter couldn’t even give me a refund because he didn’t know how to. After several attempts to get my food delivered or a refund the guy just clicked on me. So here I am 15 dollars gone and no calzone.

I ordered a roast beef sandwichIt was awful! It’s wasn’t your typical roast beef like one shown. Very disappointed!! Will not order from here again. Waste of money.

FRAUD: tried this place and due to long wait times, we told them we did not want order processed. We were then charged for an order we canceled...for a month they laughed at us..."go call your bank", "owner not here"....they charged our card knowing that they were not providing any food.........their reviews are consistent: bad customer service, bad food hygiene, code violations........and fraudulent charges that our bank removed. Do not call on this place.

I read plenty of reviews of messed up orders and missing items and I don’t know why I still decided to try and order from here. I asked for hamburger, olives, and green peppers on half my pizza and they gave me undercooked pieces of what looks like sausage or meatball, I can’t even tell. I’m honestly unhappy but not worth calling to complain seeing how I feel at fault for still ordering after seeing the amount of mess ups in the reviews.

I usually go here a number of times and today 11/29/23 I came across a employee who I don’t usually see and she was on her phone eating food, unaware of the menus and specials but claimed she has been working there for some time. the older delivery driver who is usually always rude, they both proceeded to threaten me and be upset becs they had to remake my order and I addressed the women for lying to me about the manager and bringing me out a pizza cook when requesting the manager. The delivery driver was threatening me and demanding I bring a “boyfriend” for him and the women was going off because I was “looking at her”. I was suprised by this interaction since the employee I usually see which im assuming is owner/manager is always so kind and pleasant.

DO NOT GO. SAVE YOUR MONEYI live a few streets away and have been a long time customer. However they have being disappointing and the customer service is awful. In the past week they have gotten my order three times both phone and Uber order. However the first time I let it slide because I know how busy they can get durning these times in salem. Then I ordered from Uber and I was charged an extra $5. When I reported my Uber was wrong I was only refunded $5. So I proceeded to call and let them know my order was wrong and this was not the first time. When I called I spoke to a really nice gentleman who promised me a credit of a free pizza. I ordered today and once again revived the wrong pizza. I ordered a large hometown pizza plain cheese. Instead of using my credit I was charged because the gentleman I spoke to was not in today. Then I once I got home I realized my pizza was wrong. I called and expressed this to a gentleman on the phone and he gave me the run around and proceeded to argue with me. Telling me to bring back the pizza because he has no driver and to pick up the new one. As a single mom this is very disappointing and sad that I have wasted so much money on this place to be treated like I am a liar or not a valued customer.This used to be a place I would go to growing up however I would no longer recommend sadly.
