This place only advertises themselves with pictures of drinks but doesn't let you order more than one drink. I ordered one plate of pad Thai to share with my friends while we had drinks and they told us we didn't order enough food to get drinks. We also ordered crab Rangoons and they kept telling us we never ordered them even though we did. The waitress also rolled her eyes at us when we tried to order a second round of drinks. if they don't want to serve alcohol I don't understand why all their ads are picture of drinks. its also insanely expensive even though the atmosphere isn't nice.

We were in the area and decided to try this place out. The hostess was very kind and so accommodating to us! We ordered the sesame chicken and yellow curry and can I just say WOW! The sesame chicken was not as sweet as other sesame chicken I've had, but it was still yummy! And the yellow curry knocked our socks off! The flavor of it was just amazing. It’s the best curry we’ve had in years from a restaurant. I will definitely be coming back when we visit again!

They wouldn't allow people to split the check multiple ways. We went as a group of three, and none of the food came out at the same time. We got one persons order, 10 minutes later another person in our group got their food. 10 minutes after that I got my food. We you order a meal with people you expect to be able to eat together. Not have two of your group finished before the last person even gets their food.

Wonderful service. Food was so fresh. We tried almost everything! Crab Rangoon crispy and so fresh on the inside. Pad Thai cook to perfection! Scallion pancakes, yellow curry, dumplings, all great!

We love coming here before or after a movie at cinema Salem!! My favorite pad Thai ever!!! My partner swears by all the spicy dishes, but I can’t handle spice. It’s usually pretty empty with in-room dining but the service and vibe are great!!! Very friendly.

I don't come to Salem often, so I wanted to try the closest Thai restaurant. I had chicken pad thai and I've never been this dissappointed. I've ran and worked Thai restaurants for many many years. I cook Thai/Lao food every single day. I without a doubt make better pad thai, it's in my blood. Not only that but I felt very uncomfortable when they would talk poorly while I sat there eating my food. My assumption is that they don't know I understand. I hate knocking my own people... but on behalf of all Thai people, our pad thai is not this bad.
Really cute and convenient place to stop and get a bite to eat. I highly recommend getting some of their hot Thai tea as well--it's delicious and goes well with every dish.

I was just here not to long ago ( literally almost 2 hours ago) my friend told us about the place from the reviews so we came here it looked nice on the inside the server was nice and kind we ordered the appetizer was good we ate all of it then when the entrees came out me and my friend got our food first and my other friend got her food 4-7 minutes later which wasn’t an issue with us. Me and my first friend ordered the Pad Thai and my other friend had the fried rice with chicken, and it was honestly the nastiest and blandest food we’ve ever had. The pad thai tasted off and missing so much to it, and my friends fried rice was bland? our food was supposed to be no more than 80$ ( we did the math and added sales tax) and it came up to 95.95 we paid 100$ and the server came back and hounded us to pay more (im assuming 15% tip) and we didn’t pay it and leftMoral of the story DONT GO HERE!!

Food was very good, service was absolutely lovely, no wait even just before Halloween, and the prices were awesome. We had two lunch entrées and a shared appetizer, then came back a few hours later for Mai Tais and a place to sit before our next ticketed attraction. (The drinks were strong!)100% recommending this as a fabulous place to visit during this busy season!!!!

if i can put zero stars i would , food was disgusting and bland and the service was terrible absolutely terrible , extremely rude and on top of that they include their own tip which was $20 , so many more places to eat here in salem and this is coming from a local . DISGUSTING.

They bring the plates out as they are ready instead of all together so half of my party was done eating before the other half got their food. There’s an automatic 20% tip added to the bill. The place could use a renovation but that whole mall is old and dingy.
