i opened up my order and the container my pasta was in was ripped up, and found shreds of plastic in the food. i went back and the manager made a new one and was pretty nice about it and also gave me a free

Stopped by this spot for the first time. Simon welcomed me with a smile and was very kind. As I usually do, I ordered a Greek Salad with house dressing for here. Well, not only was it delicious, the way it was served is a first. So often I've been given to-go salads in plastic when I eat in and it's just not as ideal...check out the picture! There's a lot of places to eat around here...try Crossroads if you're looking for something fresh and delicious.One more thing...and I don't usually comment on this in my reviews for pizza joints. The atmosphere is miles above most. Clean with modern tables/chairs and overall aesthetics are shockingly comforting...even the menu board is appealing. Nice touch.Thanks, Simon! I'll be back.

My family has gone to Crossroads frequently as my kids have gone to the dojo in the same plaza for the last 8 years. We had become somewhat friendly with the staff. My oldest is 12 and just earning some freedom and tonight due to a scheduling conflict I needed to drop my at karate a bit before his class and he was hungry. We went to Crossroads and as we were chit chatting about how the family was doing I mentioned my son would be dining alone before karate. The owner came out of the kitchen to "make sure we were on the same page" that my son would eat then walk down the plaza to karate and told my son to check in with them before leaving. As I was picking up my daughter I got a call from Crossroads that my son was on his way to karate. They really went above and beyond in the customer service area tonight and I truly appreciate it.

I'm happy to share my thoughts on Crossroads Pizza. The owner is truly dedicated to crafting exceptional dishes at a reasonable price. I find myself ordering take-out from Crossroads 3-4 times a week, and they consistently exceed my expectations. Their steak tip salad is, without a doubt, the best I've ever had. If you're looking for a fantastic, quick, delicious lunch or dinner, you should definitely pay a visit to Crossroads Pizza. It's truly the best around!

Omg what a horrid customer service at this place. Whoever picks up the phone is so arrogant and miserable. Tried to convince me their alfredo chicken pizza doesn’t come with broccoli when it clearly says so on the menu. What a simpleton. He has either something stuck up his u-know-what or they’re going out of business. Hung up on a customer. Folks, give your business to people who care you want to give them your hard-earned money. I've enjoyed their pizzas in the past but will never be back here again.

I loved this place until they told me not to come back! In two years and multiple orders I (politely) complained twice about an undercooked pizza. The pizza was soggy and falling apart and I just wanted a more cooked pizza. I called and was not rude about it but the owner (I'm assuming) got on the phone and told me not to order from them again. They then sent someone to my house to hand me cash! Incredibly rude and insulting!

Love this place. My top stop sandwiches, lunch or dinner. The owner and staff are very friendly and always helpful. Always say thank you and know your name. I appreciate them going the extra mile to remember my name and thanking for my business. Not many places that take our money make the effort.
