So after going here for years and still do. My only complaints are they need to concentrate on the how much they charge people. I've been overcharged a few times. Other than that nice employee's maybe just put a little extra cream cheese on bagels.
Don’t get me wrong i love dunkins but when ordered cold foam on my drink they never put it on, i know really shouldn’t be complaining but that’s 70 cents waisted. And when i ask (shouldn’t have to) to put the cold foam on because they didn’t the first time, they always end up putting the wrong kind on. ruins my coffee :/

The workers change so often, most are ok. Once in a while one will be super friendly, not typical. And Probably 1 out of 5 times I get what I ordered even repeating at the window its mostly wrong. The bacon is never cooked, they always forget whipped cream on drinks, and usual the wrong bagel. Its disappointing nobody trains the help or they just dont care.
