After a night out on the town, in the streets of Fenway Boston— my friends and I cut through this town on our way home to Maine and we met the most comical sarcastic attitude, which we loved, in the drive thru— she greeted us and let us place three separate orders and assisted me with choosing a donut when they didn’t have the first two I wanted— and referred to the donut as “a jelly for the belly”— hilarious and when we pulled up to the window she was the coolest cat there— shoutout to this Dunkin, gave us a good travel story for when we get back to Maine,, NEXT!

The whole building is very unsanitary. It took at least 30 minutes to get my order. Got the drinks within 5 minutes but they completely forgot to make the wraps. Upon asking for a refund, I was told they couldn't give me one so I ended up waiting for the wraps anyways. They were good but definitely not worth 30 minutes of my time. The only thing I can say is that the dark haired lady that took my order in the first place was an absolute sweetheart and she deserves to be recognized for the only one with a good attitude. If it wasn't for her I would have probably went total Karen on this place!

You really need people there that know what they're doing . I have been there 3 times and that's the only reason I'm leaving this bad ref . I know what it's like to be in business but when the line goes out the door into the parking lot that's not funny . Never mind drive through . those that want coffee there's more than one Dunkin donuts

Very slow service. Sat in the drive through line for 20 minutes atleast. All I ordered was a small coffee and a donut. Frustrating

I love the way the drive-thru is set up with a little area. You can see all the donuts and coffee rolls. It always reminds me to get one. It's very convenient and the quickest the most speediest drive-thru out of every single one in the Merrimack valley area and that is not an exaggeration whatsoever. Thank you for being so quick. You get so many people back on the road. You just have no idea and some of the kids and grown ups there have some personality going on that makes your day ❤️Kid-friendliness: Cooltta used to have a half size... They should bring that size back.... Some people don't want that much... And they don't stop as much because they can't finish it and don't want it getting old or turning into ewewew

Didn't go inside, so I can't speak to the atmosphere; the drive thru way quick and the person who took my order as well as the one who handed it to me were super nice. I only got a coffee with stevia, but it makes a difference for me when I'm pressed for time.

As always. Good coffee and great bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps. The folks who work the drive thru are very nice and friendly.

The Dunks on Elm St at the Sunoco was always our favorite location until this week. Unbelievably terrible service at the drive through on June 23 at 9:30 am. There was no one in front of me so I pulled right up to the speaker. It took the staff 5 minutes to even acknowledge I was there. I ordered a simple iced coffee and pulled around to the window where I sat for another 10 minutes without acknowledgement. The window was open and I saw 4-5 staff chatting, not making any coffees or filling any orders. I was about to pull away when 1 of them finally came over and asked if I was waiting on a bagel!!! There was no one behind me either! No apologies for the wait! Don't stop here if you want a quick coffee! I know they lost me as a customer!

Aside from my GF messing up the order twice the coffee was good and the staff was nice enough to fix the mistake, though we didn't ask them to fix it twice because who wants to be that person.
