I have been going to Niko's now almost every week for the past year, and although I think their food is fantastic, they just won me over their incredible customer service as well.I ordered delivery last night to my hotel roof through the website, and I mistakenly put down the wrong room number.After about an hour, I called to check on my delivery, as I knew they were closing in 10 minutes, and wanted to make sure the order was recieved.I was told it had been delivered, but to another room, once again my fault. The owner was direct they wanted to correct it, and they did so at no charge.Customer service at it's best!
