Worst experience ever. I got there waited patiently to be seated it wasn’t even busy mind you, and it had been 30 minutes later still no one coming up to us to seat us, mind you there was like three waiters that noticed us and they choose to just ignore us. Left after 10 more minutes because no one ever came. Lazyness at its finest.

Take out- the sampler platter- nasty! The wings, and nacho chips- nasty- onion rings weren’t bad- mozzarella sticks not bad. Would I order again- heck NO.

Got seated around 6:30 pm. We left at 7:05 because no one came to our table. It was EXTREMELY slow. And I had to count at least 5 waitresses all doing nothing but talking about restaurant drama. I’m not even exaggerating, I hate leaving bad reviews.

Our server was GREAT! The food took awhile and it was not busy in the dining room. Pick up service orders seemed to put them behind...Dessert Heat & Chipotle BBQ rubs were extremely tasty. Almost worth the wait....

Came here after the zoo for some lunch. We were the only patrons. Waited a little bit to be sat but I get it everywhere is short staffed these days. Huge shout out to our waitress she was so accommodating. She went above and beyond and she knows it. From a mom to a mom thank you very much. You made our lunch experience so awesome even though there was no Mac and cheese. I work in hospitality and let me tell you it’s very hard to get great service these days but you girl nailed it. Appreciate you. I hope you get to see this review because you are amazing.

We went las Sunday for lunch time, the restaurant had a lot off tables available however we were in the front desk waiting for someone who can give us a table no body show up for 15 min then I had to look for someone and said : hi we need a table we have been waiting for 15 minutes and the waitress told me : you have to wait more bc we are busy now and I said can we have a table at least then she said no sorry we are busy now !!!!! So why we can just sit and wait ?????? it is so sad bc we like the place and their food but his customer services is the worst .

They wouldn’t let me get my pick up order at 12:40pm even though they have a big poster on the door saying Fridays they close at 1am. So Unprofessional also a guy from the streets came and ask us why were knocking on the door if they were closed already. Can I least get a refund?

There’s literally never anyone at the front for takeout
Don’t come to the Bdubs. Came to watch the AFC championship game. they are somehow out of lemonade, all chips, asked for celery and carrots and received 2 pieces of celery and 4 carrots. Server was either petty or rude on purpose. Won’t ever come back here again. The one in Burlington is 1000x better than this one near square mall.

I stopped in on the way south on route 1 ordered some wings waited for a tap that messed up for nothing but a foamy beer ordered a different beer and it was flat okay no beer wings came out they will literally cooked 10 minutes longer than they should have been they were absolutely disgusting I don't understand this as the one by our house north is excellent this place should go on bar rescue

Can you please bring beatbox cocktails to this restaurant! They are so good and nothing would pair better than that and some wings! They already have this in California and Arizona locations so you should bring it here too.
