racist staff.....went in to order and staff just looked at me, didnt ask to take my order...I stood there for 5 minutes and watch them keep checking someone else's order who was standing outside waiting for their pizza...Both staff members did not ask me once to take my order.

Can't say enough great things about Charlie's. when my order is going to take ten to fifteen minutes longer I get a phone call letting me know. Everything is delicious!!! Service is so friendly too! highly recommended

Now if they cooked the pizza the way that I originally asked then this review would be five stars.. so this was my first and going to be my last time getting food from this place. Before I did place my order I went online to read some reviews about the place which I normally do for every new restaurant I choose. I saw a lot of mixed reviews some say that the pizza tastes excellent and others say that they tend to undercook it. So when I called to place my order I told them I wanted the pizza a little well done because I read some reviews about their Pizza being undercooked and the person I was speaking to on the phone told me to disregard the reviews it's just customers complaining and being mean for no reason so I took his word for it and he told me that he will make the pizza as he normally does he said it will have a crisp and it will not be undercooked. So I took his word for it placed the order then I went to go pick it up he had me open the pizza box while I was there and of course according to my likings it was definitely not cooked enough I asked if he could throw it in for a couple more minutes he said it was a pain in the neck to throw it back in so I told him you know what just forget it I'll just take it as is. So with that being said yes I do believe the reviews where a lot of people say their Pizza is undercooked apparently the person who cooks it doesn't know when a pizza is done I think his ovens need to be turned up a lot if you're cooking pizza at 500 degrees it's in your home oven not in industrial. The only good thing about this experience is he gave me my pizza for free.

I've ate here a few times and pizza has been great once and just okay the other times. but today. OMG worse pizza of my life. they must have taken the pizza out after only 2 minutes in oven it's not even cooked.. when I brought it in to see if they could recook for 5 min. the guy said"no he can't and that's how the pizza is here"'. I am starving so I ate 2 slices and Im taking it back home to cook tonight. and finish my lunch .. so mad. goddammnit
