I ordered on “Active menus”! It was a good delicious tasty double burger, but I had them put on lettuce, tomato and pickle and it was swimming around in the sandwich. A little too much only need one tomato and a little bit of lettuce. They doubled it up too much. The fries are always good, but oily.

Got my order wrong. I wouldn't mind but the cashier REPEATED the order back to me properly, so the cook screwed up. I got my order to go so i did not realize the mistake until I GOT HOME.

This location is convenient as it is right across the parking lot from where I work. The burgers are delicious and five guys easily has the best fries you can get at any quick service burger place. The only thing that brings this location down to 4 stars is that I almost always order ahead online for pickup on my lunch hour, orders almost always are not completely ready when you're picking up, which can be a little annoying when you have a limited window of time to eat lunch. Besides that, yummy burgers and fries.

I ate here at around 7:30pm at night. The restaurant was clean, the food was made fresh and overall the experience was great. The person that took my order was polite, offered additional toppings and even a milkshake.

Decent stuff thanks to their minimalist menu. Everything can be pretty good.They have no understanding of timing though. You can order online with an estimate of 20 minutes, but when you get there 20 minutes later, they haven't even started.I dont go here anymore because I order food when I want it. Not just whenever they feel like making it.

I went here to patronize this establishment, however it turned into a disaster. I ordered a cheeseburger and that went smooth. After the order was placed and before I left the counter I request for two bottom buns because of my food allergy to poppyseed.. Jose who stated he was the manager, informed me that I couldn't make that request because it would cost the company money. I asked for refund since he wouldn't honor my food allergy and was she he stated he wasn't going to give me a refund. I then called guest relations and they instructed me to wait for someone to call me back, which no one did.
It was take out. I seldom eat burgers or hot dogs! Both were the best I’ve had. Excellent. The fries-well- I prefer thin and crisp but over all not bad.

Idk what happened in the last year but this new Saugus team is terrible .I placed an order for delivery & when it was time to receive my order I was then notified by the delivery guy that the store was closed !My account was already charged $24.64.When I called the store they told me that a manager would call me back and I'd have my refund within 24-48 hours .12 days later still no refund , so I called back and explained the situation and they hung up on my face .Terrible service.
