Good was terrible! The fried rice had n very little flavor. Was basically white rice with pieces of meat/ shrimp and very bland. The hot and sour soup was. Wry watery and not spicy at all and I asked for memory spicy in it. And the large chicken and broccoli was so out I could not eat it! I called the manager and she said that there was nothing she could do and that I just had different taste. Not apologetic at all. Never order from here! I should have read the reviews. I only gave it a one because I could post the review w/o a rating!

Best Chinese food around without a doubt!!!! I’ve been a lot of places searching for good Chinese food and this is the place!!! Service is great, food is hot and plentiful. Always leftovers. Always order from Hong Kong express! When you schedule a pick up time just expect to be waiting about 10-15 minutes for it.Vegetarian options: Sesame tofu is great!!!

We always get the luncheon or dinner special with the Egg Foo Yong. They give you 2 pieces and put the gravy on the side. Always fresh and excellent. Sometimes, the wait is a little long, but it's totally worth it.
My family’s been living in Saugus for 20+ years. We’ve been ordering from Hong Kong express since they open! Never not once had an issue! Until today, we ordered a PuPu plater for 3, the delivery is always quick with them and never an issue, we pay, get the food bring it inside, open the bag and pull everything out, we notice we’re missing a few items that normally come in the meal. So I call to let them know and they lady is hesitant and tells me “send picture” to the number she spells out to me. I send picture of the food and she texts me back saying “girl put order right” I wasn’t asking for money back just wanted the items we were missing. Never got our food, never got a response. Told them we were good with there services. Couldn’t believe they didn’t help us. Food is great but customer service is horrible.

Found this place after new years eve due to Kowloon completely bombing our order and selling us horrible oil logged food. It turned out to be worth the 100 dollar loss because we found Hong Kong Express. My family loves this place. Everything we have tried has been delicious!

Visiting hubby in Saugus and was looking for a good Chinese restaurant for lunch. I went to them based on the stars. 4 stars is only because they gave 1 soy sauce. Great restaurant! The food tastes like the old school Chinese food I grew up on...Delish!
