I had a wonderful experience with my children at IHOP. Our server, Miguel, was absolutely amazing! He was welcoming to the kids, knowledgeable about the menu, and all the food came out accurately. I definitely recommend this server and ihop location to anyone!

Miguel made my experience here with my daughters the best! My youngest has a cinnamon allergy but always tries to slip passed with her orders . But Miguel was on top of it! Every time he walked pass He made the girls have many giggles. Over all great experience! Definitely family friendly! :)Kid-friendliness: Great with the kids!

Disappointed that an employee will falsify the final amount. My bill was $74.05 + $12 tip total should be $86.05. I checked my final AMEX bill and was charged $88... it's not about the $1.95 it's the principle that I feel lied to and slapped in the face. First if all this is ILLEGAL and there should be 0 tolerance for this. I can only imagine who else has been a victim of this. All I can say is take a picture of you receipt and compare to your final bill. I'm still deciding if I should file a police report. How do I know he didn't steal my credit card info? This is why I always take picture of my receipts.

We waited over 40 mins for food. Our server did not check on us at all and didn't say sorry.The food was cold already.They are only good to spanish people.
Our first and possibly last visit to an IHOP , absolutely DREADFUL service ! . The "greeter" shuffled us over to a ( dirty ) table then ignored us , pretending she couldn't see me signalling her as she leant on the wall nearby . Eventually we got the attention of another server who took our order but then forgot to bring our drinks or water . We flagged down yet another server who eventually got our drinks delivered by the " greeter " who literally threw them on the table and wandered off again ( still no water ) to lean the wall again. The food arrived and was actually good.When we paid the check and left no tip , the same server who forgot us had the nerve to say " I don't know if you folks know, but the gratuity is not included " ???There were other issues too and I also overheard complaints from other customers . The restaurant was far from busy and there was clearly no leadership in play here as the staff treated the customers as an inconvenience to be tolerated at best !

Fran makes my father's experience the best. My 89 year old dad, is comforted by the consistency of Fran; she knows my father and knows how he likes his food. He suffers from Alzheimer's, so the fact that Fran greets him a certain way and knows him... It makes the experience rewarding. I appreciate Fran and it's her that keeps me as a returning and regular customer. Good service matters and the attention to details makes a difference to customers like my father.

Update in 2024. When times are tough, this is an affordable place to eat. We had the salmon entree and the Cali grilled sandwich with side salad. Both dinners were $30.00 total. It's not just pancakes ?We had a nice relaxing time. Good food.
