This place has gone down hill fast. The lady at the door seems to to be very overwhelmed and stressed and there is no waitlist. In a panic she was yelling at me to move faster when I was behind a man who was 96 years old. The food took forever. There were 4 parties sat after us and all have their food and 2 of the parties are paying the bill. The bar tender was our waitress. She was great! Very kind and apologetic. I can't imagine what the old owners think of this place now. It is an embarrassment and a insult to how this restaurant was run before.

Everytime I come here the food always comes out correctly. On my last visit having lunch with my mom I had their new smothered chicken sandwich it was so delicious packed a huge piece of chicken with the toppings it fell apart while I was eating it so used a fork and knife.

Well we waited for about 15 minutes for a table because the are a busy restaurant however let me tell you the food is very good my family love it so I don't think you will disappointed it's worth the trip.Parking: It's at a parking lot with some stores.

Always amazing food and the themes they do to dress up the place is always exciting to see.
Decent breakfast establishment with unique sweets/breakfast items! Been coming here for years but ever since the ownership change, I feel as if the quality control has been downhill.I would give the non-sweet breakfast items a strong 3.5/5 as it’s just typical American breakfast. It’s great food but I wouldn’t label is the best in the north shore imo. Nothing surprising.As for the sweet items such as pancakes/French toasts etc etc, this establishment takes the #1 spot for creativity and execution as it is superior to any near by breakfast spots imo.All in all, I would give this place a 7/10 due to its high prices, fair quality in selections, and long waits. Be prepared to be in a 15-30 minute line on the weekends. Other than that, the only thing that shines here are the sweeter items!
