Panera has removed almost every item from their menu that I go there for, the last good item is the spinach and bacon souffle, they just removed the spinach and artichoke souffle and the pumpkin muffin.They removed the best bread ,the cinnamon raisin swirl loaf years ago.Their menu just keeps on getting worse and worse.Funny that there items were removed because I always had trouble obtaining them because they were almost perpetually sold out.Makes no sense.

I ordered the chicken avocado they told me they don't have that but it is up on your menu board the cook was very rude also on ordering they never said what I wanted for a side overall bad experience

Not much of a panera cafe if there's no outlets to really plug your computer in. There's only one in the whole resturaunt. That's a staple of panera, disappointed they'd have a branch not true to their work and student friendly

Panera is known for it's bread but the bread was certainly old rather than fresh. Dry and hard is an understatement and it's not isolated to just this franchise. I had similar issues last Friday in Waltham. This will be my last visit to any Panera.

I'm a long-time repeat customer because I like the food/selection. Just had to call the Saugus location though because a smoothie delivery was placed on my front stairs upside down, spilling smoothie all over the step. Problem was, when I called the store, the cashier basically said, not our problem, it was the delivery person. I just can't imagine treating a customer with that kind of disregard. I explained that I didn't choose the delivery service, and that I I'm sure Panera would want to know if a delivery service they use is treating their customers like that. This turned into an argument where I had to ask for the manager who continued to let the cashier stay on the phone talking argumentatively and sarcastically at me. They basically said I would need to reach corporate office or get the delivery service they chose (Door Dash) to make it right. In other words, I get to do more work for being treated badly to begin with. Nice. I won't be going back to be treated like that.
