We had a lovely dinner here. The atmosphere was inviting and charming. It was busy but not loud. The wait staff was excellent, Francesca was responsive and thoughtful. The food was delicious.

Food was absolutely delicious! Paul the owner is hands on with suggestions. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine in the North Shore. Paolo's is the real deal. You won't be disappointed, and the portions are generous to say the least.

Cute little place. I get frustrated with places who rave about their craft cocktails, describe them on the menu, but not actually serve them that way. A bourbon drink was described as having a graham rim and big ice. It was served with no rim and cubed small ice. Big deal? maybe not, just don't describe it that way on the menu. People have raved about the food. I didn't care for the chicken milanese. sauce was creamy, risotto was like a rice pilaf, just not for me.

We arrived at 530 on Valentine's Day and was seated promptly the waitress was the best and food was delicious We were not rushed even though it was Valentine's Day and they were booked up We had the eggplant for an appetizer and it really was outstanding I had the gluten free Marsala over on pasta and hubby had the Marsala with potatoes Delicious and flavorful

My wife and I wanted to try someplace new for our Friday night out. From the time we stepped in the entrance our evening out just kept getting better. Our first impression was what a cozy place to have dinner. The staff immediately acknowledged us and sat us promptly. As soon as we sat down our waitress introduced herself (Nicole) and asked if it was our first time to Paolios which it was. She was polite and informative about the drink and meal menus and she enthusiastically wanted us to enjoy our first visit. Nice way to start on evening out. (Great Server from the start )We started with a couple drinks from the bar. My wife ordered wine and I ordered Paulos Manhattan.Ultimately we had 2 of each as the evening progressed. The warm olive plate was plentiful and delicious. Actually easily enough for four people as well the Bread and oil were well paired.I ordered from the specials menu (Lasagna Bolinaise) and my wife ordered chicken malanaise. The dinners were served fresh and hot and placed on the plates neatly and made a good presentation. Our dinners were delicious and portions were plenty without us feeling like we had to stuff ourselves to finish. We love 50 seat small places to dine like Paolos as it feels like every plate is made special for us and each customer.

As usual, food was delicious! My husband and I both got the haddock. I took half home because the serving was so large. Even the mashed potatoes were delicious. The servers couldn't be nicer. We'll be back. Thank you

My wife and I had dinner the other night at Paolo's. The food was fantastic. Had the Chicken Parm. It literally was the best I have enjoyed so tender And the sauce amazing!!!! The service was awesome the staff was very attentive. Thank-you owners Paul and Jen for squeezing us in on a very busy evening. Will be sure to visit again sooner than later

Everything was good per my husband but really didnt like how close you have to sit to the next tables. We felt like we were dining with them and you had to move your table to get up. I had the clams vongole but the spaghetti was overcooked to the level of a campbells noodle. They have to be careful that a pasta dish be cooked properly. Please test before serving. It really ruined my meal. Service was great. They have been opened a year so the soggy pasta is unacceptable. Hope they fix that because they really seemed to try.

Had a birthday celebration with friends . Food and drinks were awesome . Best lemoncello martini !!! Nicole our server was absolutely wonderful ?????. We will definitely be back. So many wonderful things to choose from

Paolo's is a quaint place with little lamps on each table. It's cozy and welcoming. The food is delicious and plentiful. The Chef/owners are accessible and seen around the restaurant. We enjoy the experience and never feel rushed. We keep bringing new people to share this with us. We will go back again and again.

Noisy but food and company were great. Paul got us in right away. Very busy, reflects a great restaurant. Wine list very well thought out; not large but varied.
