I don’t know what happened to my pizza tonight. Kind of looked like half the large pizza fell and they slapped on half a small pizza to fix it? The entire thing was wet and falling apart too. I have eaten Papa Gino’s my whole life, and I’m sad to watch the locations close one by one - but if this is where the quality is now, then maybe it’s for the best.

Ordered two slices of Pepperoni pizza. We’re told we’d have to wait 10-15 mins for a fresh pizza. The waiting time was about 45 mins . Yeah✌?

I stopped to pick up a sandwich for dinner. I wanted a pita pocket, which I requested several times, as I cannot have the sub rolls due to gluten sensitivity. I felt the need to say it several times because the person taking my order wasn’t acknowledging me. When he asked what size, I repeated that I was ordering the pita. The kid told me the size was to determine the amount of filling in the sandwich.fought my way through traffic to get home to discover the sandwich on a sub roll. I called to ask if they still offer the typical D’Angelo pita pockets. I believe I was speaking to the manager. He told me yes, they do. I told him what had just happened and he said , well we may be out and that’s why you got a sub roll. I asked why I wasn’t told that, since I can’t eat what I was given… no apology. No care about it all he just hung up. No wonder the parking lot is always empty

I paid almost $11 for a chicken Caesar salad ....only chicken + lettuce..doesn't look like the picture...no onions nothing..I gave them back the salad + didnt want the money because I will never go back there ?..

Maher was so accommodating on how I wanted my 90 year old mother’s pizza..The pizzas I ordered were perfectly prepared. Marie was very friendly and attentive when I arrived to pick up my pizzas. Thank you to you both for a wonderful experience with the Saugus, MA location.
