The food and owner are simply amazing! However, I placed an order at 6:40pm and paid, once I got there to pick it up (6:54) they were all cleaned up and the front door was closed. A young guy came to the door to say that they never got the order and it was probably cancelled. The owner, whom I met earlier, was simply delightful and hard worker. His employees however did not seem to share the same work ethics.

Absolutely horrible if I could give no stars I would made over $100 dollar order got there only half was done they forgot the rest then gave cold food to go home with what a nightmare save your $ and go else were trust me ...

I like to support small, local businesses, but this place does not deserve it. Ordered am extra cheese pizza. So little cheese on it that I should see the crust through the cheese. Of course, they did not forget to charge for the extra cheese. Crust was dull like the pizza came from a microwave. Ambiance is dull. In the shop, employees were sweeping while customers were eating. One even stuck the broom under my legs. There are plenty of other shops that don't serve food like this. Tried Saugus House of Pizza once and I am done. I gave two stars rather than one, because the lady at the cash register was very pleasant .

food is good except for the fact that I keep finding inedible things in my food. I’ve found many pieces of what seems like a plastic bag in a salad that i had ordered earlier this week. I have found a plastic fake leaf in a pizza that I had ordered before. very dangerous I shouldn’t have to watch out for pieces of plastic in my food; not to mention they always get my orders wrong too.

Finally got on yelp to leave a review. Amazing food. My wife is super picky on places to eat and she doesn't trust many places. Got the steak and cheese subs and she ate the whole thing (she never finishes food) I've gone in before to grab the subs and the people there are very friendly! I also got delivery and it was so fast i almost burned my lip! 10/10 will always come here

The food here is amazing! The birria tacos and quesadilla are to die for! Their customer service is even better than their food. Order from here once a week. There has only been one mix up and they compensated more than even needed! I 100% will continue ordering from them.

I would recommend..4.5 overall rating. 5 stars on Mexican/ Central American foods. 5 stars on Salads. Chickem fingers are decent. 3.8-4.2 stars on subs and Italian(depending what it is. I like that they have personal pizzas. Every place has menu items they excel at and others they don't. Also FAST DELIVERY and friendly workers/owners.Only comments I'll make to the owners is too use vented containers for fries so that they stay crispy. Also that you can tell when the food is made correct or fast, the taco salad bowl- most times it's amazing but there was a few times where I could taste the juice from the can of beans (from the rice I think) whoever makes it those days, I think isn't straining the beans first. (I am just guessing). Other then that no issues!
