That’s the worse drive thru service in the area, they are extremely slow to take, do and give you the order. If you are in a hurry don’t stop even without a lane. Frustrating.

The girl who was working the drive through at this location (Rt 1 North) this morning around 9am was on her A game. After handing me my drink she noticed it looked like it was made wrong and asked me to take a sip of it to make sure. Sure enough she was right and she took it back and remade it super fast. I consider that going above and beyond because most people would have just let me drive off with the wrong coffee and not have cared. Thank you for being awesome!

I’m big costumer Starbucks one time try to get coffee with Apple Pay or card payment it’s was only cash option no body have cash it’s 2024 they didn’t give me only 6$ coffee bad costumer service never respect only one time i want to pay but no opportunity!!

Just went this morning and wait in the long drive thru to get a black coffee because they didn’t put anything I asked for in it!!!!! It’s so frustrating you pay more than $5 for a coffee plus a tip to get nothing you asked for.

Starbucks is right off route 1. It wasn't busy when I came here with my daughter. It was clean, wifi worked and there were outlets under the seats??
Best ever service when no one is in front of you.However, when they don't have supplies for the moch-chino-hot-toddy-latte it kinda starts your day on a downer.Parking: Plenty in the parking garage.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

They didn’t fill up my tea even though I ordered no ice for my drink, I paid $5.30 for tea and tip $1. This is ridiculous

I always get an ice matcha latte with oat milk 3 pumps Carmel and an extra scoop of matcha powder and they didn’t have it on hand so I went with almond milk. When I took a swig of the drink I almost spit it out in my car that’s how watery warm and bland it really tasted. I had to go to another place just to get it done and it was done just right… like what’s going on in that location they are never consistent with their drinks I been there 3 times and each time it’s gotten worse. I’ll think I go to new location in revere once it’s open

Cute little place in Saugus in a busy plaza. The Starbucks itself wasn't super busy and the staff was quick and friendly. I ordered a regular coffee and white chocolate mocha with everything bagel/cream cheese. It came out really quickly and tasted good. Would come here again
