I visited this Burger King and there is absolutely no customers in line or drive through, I order a double whopper with cheese large Coke and friesI got instead was a double burger with cheese and baconYou only had one job and I’m the only customer in the place and you screwed that one up, I haven’t been to a Burger King in 20 years and decided to give you a shot and you blew it .

Service can be horrible. There are some staff that give you what you PAY for. Multiple times I have asked for certain foods to be cooked fresh and they just give me re cooked food. Something needs to be done here. Stop advertising " have it your way " if you're just going to give me whatever you feel like giving me.

Everyone please be mindful when eating here. Today December 3 2023 I was sitting in front of this burger king with my family when I saw a older lady working here grab something sticky off the bottom of her shoe, walk straight to the food without washing her hands and start touching someone's food to serve them. Absolutely disgusting and this lady does NOT need to be working with food . I will not even consider eating here now after this.

The only reason this place is not getting a 1 star is because the food was alright and the guy working the window was very kind and deserves a metal for dealing with the other employees there this evening. An older women and a younger male with long hair were absolutely atrocious. Yelling to the point where my bf and myself could hear them screaming. I understand more than most that fast food is difficult mentally but the absolute chaos going on inside was astounding. Went in to use the bathroom after going through the drive thru, could hear the employee (older women) still screaming about whatever it is that she was angry about. Only making this review in hopes the poor employee who was in the window gets the recognition he deserves and to hopefully have some control be brought into that horrible environment.

I thought with this location being all refreshed and updated that everything would of been great! My 2 whoppers were cold all the items were just slapped on there in a very messy manner the fries were hard as a rock. Never again .
