Charged 17.00 for Budlight bottle and a Guinness draft on St. Patrick's Day. Talk about price

Tried to celebrate St. Patrick's day here, but they claimed that my real ID was fake. The bouncer at the door let me in without issue, but then my waitress asked for my ID and said "you should be glad I'm giving this back to you." Yes I am from Vermont. I go to college here. Yes I am over 21. What's hard to understand about that? I honestly wish they had taken it so I could have called the cops on them. If you're a college student from out of state trying to go here, expect to be disappointed. The comments by the business owner below are absurd. I offered to present my passport too. They clearly didn’t want my business.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I made a reservation for Thanksgiving last year (2023) via e-mail/rezzy/whatever it is because their number either shows up as the hotel online or when you call what actually shows up for Dublin Rose in a search engine, it's some pre-recorded lady repeating the same thing over and over again - you can press buttons but nothing goes through. It's a fucking joke to do that to people you expect patronage from. No way to get ahold of a live person nor management save for e-mail, and it seems like they like it that way. Tried to tell them it was broken but they did jack shit. Anyways, I made my reservation HERE for one of the few places open on this holiday when literally everything save for fucking Cracker Barrel is closed on Thanksgiving for reasons I'll never know, because some people actually like to go out and live it up if they can't cook or don't have anyone coming by. CB is not within driving distance for me and I'm not making a reservation a year in advance either - plus I'm disabled, so I can't cook. Unbeknownst to me, some lady calls me literally 10 minutes before I'm walking out the door to drive there and of course I don't hear it because I'm getting ready and running water, moving around with my phone not sewed into my thigh like a normal fucking person, etc... We get there and the place is dead, lights out. Kind of had a feeling even when I made the reservation despite it being confirmed twice - once online and once confirmed via a previous voicemail. There's even a poor straggler trying to get in and walking away lmao. So I get into my phone and listen to the message I had no idea I received which is a disheartened, tired-sounding woman saying they couldn't get anyone to work because they all somehow came down with a case of Thanksgiving COVID I guess, in the year 2023... I understand it was probably not her fault nor her decision if she wasn't management, but at least have a second shift of people or hire more workers. Better safe than sorry but I guess they didn't want our patronage. Just say you wanted to save money by not paying your workers, lol. I'm well aware that COVID is still a thing but for every last person who worked there to be unable??? Do like 4 people work there? Just say you didn't want to come in instead of making what sounded like a piss poor excuse. And fix your phone lines so people can actually get ahold of someone!!! Call it F's-giving of '23 because the Dublin Rose couldn't be assed to give a fuck about first impressions, lmao. Talk about short notice. We ended up going to TGIF across the way which was actually pretty good despite them trying to overcharge us but at least it was rectified by their staff and I got a buzz. That TGIF is now sadly closed because supposedly they were underperforming financially which has me a little sad! I was planning to go back next year.

Due to mistakes on the Fall River Restaurant Weeks listings, we ended up here to catch a St. Patrick's Day dinner. We were not disappointed. I had the Corned Beef & Cabbage while my husband had the Traditional Shepherd's Pie. Both were beyond filling and very delicious.

Stopped in for a quick lunch with my husband. The bartender started out fine, but when I ordered a margarita, she just walked away. A couple of minutes later she brings me my drink. I said is that Silver tequila? She very sarcastically rolled her eyes and made a comment to make me look stupid. She even said it's not rocket science! I said well, insert name here, you never asked me which tequila or if I wanted salt. It was so not a big deal, but she made it something...Her attitude stayed the same the entire time. I could hear her talking to people about the drink...Really? I gave it 2 stars because my husband liked his food. 0 for service

I'm not sure why all the bad reviews, the food here was amazing for me. I ate here while staying at the Clarion, and the first day I had the chicken wrap and it was the best I'd ever had. The second day I had the chowder (a little salty) but super flavorful, and the homemade pretzels which were heaven

Food wasn’t good. My soda even tasted bad. Waitresses were very nice though.

Let's start with the good. The food is generally pretty good but it has been hit or miss. The other good is they have a great Guinness poor. The food menu is pretty much what you'd expect from an American Irish pub so if you are with a group or a family there should be plenty of options. It's gets pretty busy but it is next to a hotel so there is plenty of parking. They do live music which is really fun & entertaining. Now for the bad. The food is not always consistent. It's both been quite good & quite bad. The service when even moderately busy is about as bad as it can get. They need to hire more people.

My cousin and I had a great dinner. The service was excellent. Our server Skye went the extra mile checking on us regularly to ensure our meals were to our liking. I have gluten and self fish allergies and she made sure everything was safe and free of those ingredients. She also came around to ask if we needed anything. The portions were awesome and the food was yummy. The food and the top notch service from Skye makes this a restaurant a staple we will add in our dining out rotation. Highly recommend.Dietary restrictions: This was handled very well.

I went to Dublin Rose for lunch today with my family and it was delicious. Our server, I believe her name was Skye, was outstanding. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, checking on us numerous times. She was friendly, outgoing, and kind. If you go to Dublin Rose, be sure to ask for Skye!
