I have no idea what’s wrong with this McDonald’s but no one speaks English and now they want to charge a dollar for sweet-and-sour sauce. I got 20 chicken McNuggets they only gave me three sauces. Are you kidding me !!!! At least embarrass me with five And after spending $22 I asked for a large ice water they want another $.80 I’m like are you kidding me and never had a problem any McDonald’s until this one ridiculous horrible service!!!

today visit Seekonk Macdonalds. It is the only restaurant that I trust to eat because the employees look trustworthy and representable. The food is on point, I mean it's hot, everything is in order, not like some restaurants where the sandwiches are crazy. Excellent customer service has greatly improved their delivery time, the crispy and warm chips are the best chips of all fast foods for me! I hope they continue to improve. They are doing a great job and happy night customer service.

So breakfast at this McDonald’s is always a pleasure. (Lunch is okay). BUT TODAY IT HAD ME CURLING MY TOES. Best McGriddle I had in my life. It’s like Ronald himself put his magical syrup in my hotcakes. Everything was so fresh and the way the worker smiled at me I knew this was gonna be bonkers. Now, I enter a period of sadness because I don’t think I can attain this feeling again.

Never have I felt more unwelcome than I did tonight at my weekly McDonalds visit. I ordered a Shamrock McFlurry, simply order as it was on the front sign before the speaker. I ordered it and was purely dehumanized because the person taking my order was unaware that this was a new item on the menu. I paid, and had a pleasant experience doing so. When it came time to grab my drink, they told me I needed to “pay for a fork” which seemed absurd because it’s MCDONALDS. I just wanted a fork. I pulled into Burger King to get a fork, IN WHICH I GOT 4, and then took a bite of my McFlurry to find myself choking on plastic. A full strip of plastic. MUST HAVE BEEN A DECOY. When I addressed it to them, they were blatantly rude to me and quite literally threw the ingredients into a cup and handed it to me. They told me there were no more spoons (there were 5 minutes ago…?????), and didn’t even give me a straw (probably because the wrappers were in the food). I cannot make this bonkers experience up. Horrible experience, wouldn’t recommend.

I have written one review in my whole life and it was positive. Sadly, it will not be the same for this one. When we got to the drive through we could barley hear the employee. As we continued through our experience here and received our food, we were satisfied until we asked an employee for a fork. They responded saying we didn’t pay for a fork and said no. I was appalled. Since when do you have to pay for a plastic fork when getting fast food????? I tried to move past this but then someone in my party went to take a bite from their mcflurry and found a piece of plastic. PLASTIC??? they choked on this plastic leading to a traumatic experience for everyone in the car. We return to the drive-thru asking for a new mcflurry as there was plastic in the one we had, the employee was rude and passive ,ignore the fact someone in my part just CHOKED ON THE PLASTIC!!! the manger them came over and gave us a new one with NO APOLOGY!!!! on top of this they didn’t even give us a spoon casue they “ran out”. Disrespected doesn’t even begin to describe how I feel at this moment.

All I can say is WOW. Genuinely terrible service, like unbelievable. I ordered a shamrock Oreo shake and the guy said “we don’t have that”, they had an Oreo shamrock MCFLURRY, same THING!!!! Then I go around to get my food and the lady was SOSOSOSOSO unpleasant. I FINALLY get my food and they give me a regular spoon not a McFlurry spoon. I asked kindly for a fork and the lady said “you have to pay for your fork” I MEAN WHAT???? I have to pay for a FORK?!?!?! Anyways I had to go to BURGER KING to get a fork and they kindly gave me one with no questions asked. We then go BACK to McDonald’s because my friend found a piece of PLASTIC in her McFlurry. I mean really??? She genuinely CHOKED on the plastic, absolutely unbelievable. When my friend FINALLY got her McFlurry, they had no more spoons so she had to eat her McFlurry with a FORK, a fork from Burger King mind you. I then realized that I in fact did not get an Oreo shamrock McFlurry but rather a regular Oreo McFlurry. UNBELIEVABLE. I AM INFURIATED!!!!!! McDonald’s in seekonk, I hope you understand that you have FOREVER LOST MY BUSINESS!!!

I went to this location on a Thursday morning at about 645. I went to all the doors and they were all locked. There was someone inside at the drive-through and she saw me standing at the door. She just kept looking at me so I called the store and asked what time the inside opens and she said we open at six but there’s only one person here so I’m waiting, it’s the dead of winter right after the storm and she thought it was a good idea to leave a customer standing outside in freezing whether I could and would have waited . I’ve worked i food service for 10+ years and I jus could never . Terrible first experience at this location.

I got an email from McDonald's for adeal that morning, buy one get one breakfast sandwich and when I got there to use it at 11:45 AM I tried To pre order it via cell phone when I got there, It said I could know longer use that deal that day. If there was supposed to be a time restriction, that should have been stated. I wasted my time for nothing going there.

The night time manager is one of the most disrespectful individual. No common courtesy at all and being disrespectful to there employees while in the drive thru you can hear the disrespect from the manager! Won’t be coming back. If you don’t like your job look for a new one. This wasn’t the first occurrence it happen multiple time already.

Nice establishment at this location , employees were very kind & courteous, out party had a giant order and the brought it to our table after they gave us a number placard to place on our tablee so they knew where to bring it all , this location was very clean they have a gentleman out on the floor to always be there to clean up any mess that kids make walking around while place with broom and spray for the tables , will definitely be returning to this specific location ?
