Our 3 meals all came out cold. We asked to have them reheated and they still came back cold. At this point, we just decided to eat them cold. Unfortunately, they seem to be short of staff and could not keep up with the demand.

Service was terrible and they weren't busy at all, no one was there and forgot to write down what we wanted and messed up several times. Happened last time we went so we will not be returning sadly

The food used to be so good at NYAJ, but on our lunch date on 19 April 2023 it was just acceptable. The service was lovely, but the venue itself looks worn and shabby. The bathroom appeared to be clean but nonetheless smelled bad.

Went to the seekonk restaurant, and made a reservation for 4:45. We ordered 3 pizza 1 large shrimp scampi. 1 large cheese/ bacon, and a small BBQ chicken pizza but they rang in buffalo. The waitress really didn't seem to care. Never offered any drink refills. Honestly it was terrible. I've been there years ago and now I would never go back. P..s. I took a bite of the pizza, they rushed it , also I don't care but the pizza never got comped for her mistake . My family ate and I didn't. Thanks but no thanks. Never again ?

Food was amazing, not to long of a wait, don't forget to ask for the bread and oi.

Servings were kinda small, $15 for two steak and cheese egg rolls, $15 for 5 Buffalo tenders, but I guess that's just prices these days. Service was really great though, drinks were kept full. I wished the penne vodka would've had more flavor, or salt, it was kinda bland. Focaccia was great as always.

We received our food and my food came out cold. The onion straws also had a hair in it. I believe my mashed potatoes were made with bad milk they tasted tangy. The string beans were extremely hard still. The booth we sat at was super sticky.

It was the coldest day of the year so we were stuck inside , we decided to lunch just to get out of the house, so we came here with our son. What a wonderful experience. Our waitress, Bella, was legit the best. We felt like we were just hanging with a friend. The food was excellent - but Bella made us just have the best time , having people that engage with children just as well as adults really makes the difference ! Thanks so much!

This was the worst experience dining out we have ever had. Our food came out totally staggered. My entire meal came out 20 minutes before my boyfriend's food. My french fries were ice cold and my salad was soggy like it had been sitting out for hours. Our glasses were dirty and our waitress was absolutely nowhere to be seen. She wasn't fully paying attention to us and it felt like this was her first day of a job she really didn't want. We felt ignored, grossed out, and rushed through our entire experience. This place has gone downhill fast.

This is a tricky one. We went for the special valentines menu. We started with drinks, the Berry Me in Bubbles was yummy. Then we each got a cup of crab bisque. I choked down 3 bites but gave up. It was salty, did not appear to have any crab meat, and had a gloppy consistency. My husband liked it slightly better than I did but ate both—otherwise I would have sent mine back. When the server asked how the soup was, I did tell her I was not a fan. Our entrees were the scallops with cauliflower purée and Brussels sprouts, which was truly delicious, and my husband got the shrimp and scallops Alfredo. While he enjoyed it more than the soup, it had too much asparagus to make it a great meal. For dessert we got the molten lava cake. While this was quite good, it wasn't a true lava cake, as the lava was just a pool of hot fudge sitting in the bowl of a sponge cake. Good, just not what we were expecting. With the food being so hit and miss, I don't know how quickly we will return. I will say the service was properly attendant, although the server initially mentioned she would bring bread, the bread never appeared. Something I've noticed other reviews call out.

Food was okay, and was timely. However, the service was horrible. We were offered bread but never received it. Entrees arrived before the appetizers. No dirty plates were removed. Never received water for the table despite asking. The waitress did not offer a single apology or explanation for any of it. I will never go back.

I like NYAJ's. I feel like it's consistently good. We went yesterday for a very late lunch/very early dinner. It was nice because the place was practically empty and the service was spot on. We both got specials - I got a French Onion Dip burger, my husband got the Sicilian burger. Both were from their specials menu. The French onion burger was delicious. The dip (essentially the soup), was overly salty but still very good mixed with the burger. My husband said that the Sicilian was delicious. We don't come here very often, but like I said it's consistently good and I always enjoy it!

Stopped in for a quick burger to go and beer. Bartneder was good. Ordered basic burger w white cheddar medium rare. Got home (5 min ride) burger was more than well done. Basically burnt, dry, inedible. . White cheddar was a barely melted single slice on dried out burger. So basically worthless. Fries were ice cold like they were just under a heat lamp and thrown in to go container. A fast food place like five guys does a better burger. Avoid at all costs.

Our server and drinks were great but those were the only positives about this visit to NYAJ. The bread was stale and the customized hand made pizza resulted in multiple people in our party getting sick. Others who did not have pizza did not get sick. It's now been 2 days and still not 100%. Multiple calls to restaurant and contact with managers resulted in no concern. Who cares if many more people get sick from the same source. Will not visit this establishment again.

I enjoy stopping in for steak and cheese egg rolls The TV situation is worse than your grandma's house. It would be chill if they removed the island of old TV's and had a 75 inch above the taps. $569.99 for one across the street at Walmart . The Warwick one has a good setup for a beer, meal and a game. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
