Ordered a Venti. Got a Venti cup (26 oz) filled with ice and a total of 6 oz of actual coffee. To my knowledge, shouldn't it be somewhere around 20 oz of coffee and the remain 6 oz ice? So, you are charging $7+ dollars for 6 oz of coffee....

They don’t prioritize in house orders so they will make about 100 other people drinks before yours even though those people aren’t here yet. I watched them stack like 15 drinks to be picked up while I waited 10 min for my drink.

PLEASE share with your employees the concept of COMMON SENSE!!! I absolutely love the new Apple croissant. I went into this location and ordered a few drink and wanted two croissants AS IS. The team member said she was sorry but policy is that they must be heated. Sooooo, I’m dishing out 4.25 for a tasty but tiny muffin, plus the expense of the drinks and I, the paying customer am told I cannot get them unheated!!!! I asked to speak to the manager who never spoke to me directly but flew by with a look that could kill! Anyway the girl said she asked the manager and it’s Starbucks policy that items must be heated. The lady in back of me couldn’t even believe how stupid this is!!!! Every other store has no problem, but this manager was not intelligent enough to think on her feet!!! God, Starbucks is good, but alot of the people you hire are not trained in customer service.

This store is the most unfriendly Starbucks I have ever been to. I had gone in to post a flyer, and upon seeing no board I had politely said that I had a flyer and was wondering where I could put it up. Without moving or coming over to even talk to me personally an employee so rudely said that we don’t have a board. She clearly wasn’t the manager on duty,l had seen the manager step into the back as I had walked in. I know that every Starbucks has a community wall and I am extremely disappointed to see this company represented in such a negative way, as I know that the company stands to support its community.
