This Seekonk location on Newman Ave is the closest subway to my house. I've been there maybe 4 times and 3 out of the 4 times have been let down. They run out of bread and make your sub on something you didn't order, the bread feels like it's old and stale, they don't honor mobile deals all the time. You're greeted like you just inconvenienced them. Today was the last bad experience. I'd rather drive past my work to go to a different Subway to where the service is good and food is made how you ordered.

My wife ordered online a Titan Turkey and BMT- barely any meat on the sandwiches or veggies. It was awful and can’t believe the cost of this. They barely wrap the sandwiches either to keep fresh. They are rude when you try to speak to them and awful customer service. Tried this location once again and is extremely upset, yet again. We will never go back. BEWARE especially when ordering online.

Ordered the Philly, steak peppers onions and 2x cheese. Apparently 2x cheese means 5 slices instead of 4. And ever since the new owners took over this happens every time I order extra of anything they will throw 1 extra slice on. I worked at subway in college, extra, 2x means double the normal amount. These people are stealing from customers.

The worst subway I've been to. I called in an order and later found out that the meat was paper thin or lack there of. I paid $13 for bread lettuce, and tomato. I am assuming the owner had made it because of my observation of his ethnicity. Never going back.

I go to subway quite often and do like 99% of them I go into. This one is not the best one around. When we moved into our new home, we went to this one because it is the closest one to the house. The door had a piece of plywood on it (covering broken glass I guess) and the fountain machine was broken (a year later and it still isn't fixed). The person was difficult to understand and had a hard time understanding us, so ordering was not easy. We still go there, but I find my self going out of my way to go to different Subways rather than this one.

Sorry English is my second language, i try my best to write this , i hope everyone understand the situationThe Subway restaurant female owneror lady, on June 27 of 2023 around 4pm , she came to the salon where I work to get her nails full set done by me , i spend more than 30 minutes to do her nails without get paid from her , she told me the length she wants , i cut it where she’s asking , I asked her “is the length ok for you “ , she’s said “too long” so i cut little bit down (1/2 of millimeter) and shape all the nails around of the shape she’s asking for , she’s look at them and told me “too short”, I told her “I did what you asked ,but when i put acrylic on i can make it little bit longer “ , she said “ ok “, so i put acrylic on and start finish step , at this time her nails back to the length of starting before cut it shorter ,so she look at her nails and told me she doesn’t like it because too short, i told her many times “i did what you’re asking”, and she said “but I don’t like it too short can you take it off and redone it”, i said “ok i will do it but you have to pay for this full set plus take off plus second full set “ , so she’s started her attitude and screaming when many other clients enjoy getting their nails done and she left without paying her nails she’s asking for, that’s more than 30 minutes labor work on her nails by me , after she left my mind keep thinking of her , my concern is how she can be the owner or manager of the franchise subway with that rude plus not responsibly for her decision and words, i would like to share my experience from me with her to all customers , thanks for all customers who can see my share .

The 1 star is because I'm obligated to give it a star to be able to write a review. I'd give this place no stars if I could.They don't close until 9pm, we get there at 8:15pm. As soon as we walk through the door, the guy is rushing us, "hurry up, hurry up. What do you want?" -1 starI asked the guy three times "what time do you close?" because I can understand if he was getting ready to close, but he ignored me twice. The third time I asked, he said "8:15" ... really? -2 stars Learn better customer service.
First time and not a good first impression. The hours are wrong, and the man who was closing was rushing and ignored my questions when I asked if they were closing. Rushed all the orders with a tone and with hostility. Finally said they close at 8:15pm, a whole 45 minutes early. There was no hour sign to tell if yelp just hadn't updated the time. Didn't have a lot of selections either. Overall I just wouldn't recommend this location.
