Ate there yesterday and what a Disappointment the place looks like it's ready to fall down holes in the wall plaster hanging off the ceiling they won't open the restaurant part they have you sitting in this nasty smelly alcove it's disgusting the food was literally unbearable the dump of all dumps I'm still sick from eating there

This is usually our go to for delivery. Usually the food is pretty good but tonight was absolutely horrible. The best thing was the fortune cookie. I always get the Hawaiian chicken. For some reason the breaded chicken was cut in half and refried making it so hard and I couldn't even eat it. There was no cherries like usual, ok I get it short supplies and the sauce was watered down. My husband's meal wasn't even the same. The wonton soup that we always get was watered down couldn't even eat, it was gross. I feel like I threw $30.00 away.

Local Chinese Eatery that has been under the same Management for over 20 years. I have eaten there for years and I have never been disappointed. The Restaurant itself is a little dated and could use some upgrades, hence the 4 Stars, but the food and Staff are excellent, extremely quick pick up of take out, and currently they are only offering take out, no Dine in. You won't be disappointed with the Take Out. Highly recommended!

Visited from Brooklyn, NY and experienced Take out, only. Restaurant environment was not appealing and in a bit of disarray (I am guessing due to pandemic).Ordered twice and the food was good each time. All flavors were in balance. Fried rice, actually fried ?.Passed the cook staff on the way in and out on the second occasion, which was near closing time. I noted the clean and tidy uniforms even at that time.I would definitely visit again. Thank you, it was a pleasure ??

This place is absolutely fantastic! I was quick to judge by looking at the exterior, however upon first bite I am absolutely stunned. My family ordered 3 combo meals to be delivered and the service was extremely fast. My father is a regular as he takes out from there almost weekly, even though I was skeptical based on looks. This is the best chinese food in the area without a question, possibly the best Chinese food I have ever had. The boneless spare ribs are so delicious and unimaginably tender. The singapore rice noodles (singapore mei fun) is very delicious and all of the ingredients tasted extremely fresh. The egg rolls were perfectly fried with a crunchy exterior and a delicious mix inside that was cooked just right. The chicken and rice soup is very delicious and is my fathers go-to "steaming hot everytime". The house made spicy mustard is a perfect way to clear your sinuses out , while adding some much needed spice. Overall an absolute amazing experience I would strongly recommend trying Tai Pan as it is a family owned establishment

I wanted to give no stars, but there is no option for that. I ordered a chicken fried rice but got pork instead. When I called the restaurant, the lady told me we were wrong and argue with us instead. She told me, and I quote “I am not happy with you”In short, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
We recently had a staff meeting, and I was in charge of ordering for it. It was a large order, and the owner reviewed it personally with me to make sure that every single item was correct. They delivered it on time, piping hot and even wrote everyone's name on each container, which made it very easy for us. The food was delicious! We used to order from here when we lived nearby. Now, I will be getting take out from there after work! It's the old school Chinese food that I grew up with. We love it! Thank you Han and Lee!

For my own use I have been taste testing Hot and Sour soup at local restaurants. By far, Tai Pan's is the best by a long shot. As requested, they made a mild hot for me. It was the perfect balance. It was also an excellent consistency, just thick enough.. It was also stocked with lots of tofu, mushrooms and water chestnuts.

Foods delicious but if your ordering take out order extra because 0% chance you have everything when you get home. Last month they forgot our chow mein noodles, we ordered again tonight and same thing happened. Good luck!
