I had a 260 dollar bill and left 40 as a tip because that was all I could afford. The waitress complained about it in front of my dinner guests and other patrons. Embarrassing me. I will not ever eat there again.

We went here for Easter dinner on Sunday, and it seems like it went downhill. We ordered rolls (like 7 bucks) and my daughter had a long hair that was cooked into hers. She loves rolls and was disgusted the rest of the dinner. I ordered a drink and when it was brought out it was the wrong one. I was told the bartender just likes to add their touch to it and threw a splash of orange juice in. Mine you I didn't want an orange juice drink or I would have ordered that one. Also it tasted more like grapefruit. I then ordered my dessert based on the sign that was up in the dining room. The waitress came back with the wrong cake. She went into the back and was told that particular dessert was no longer on the menu. I was then brought out an Okay tasting piece of carrot cake that was FIFTEEN DOLLARS! Yeah. Not worth that. Also the Easter bunny was white but his gloves had black and brown stains on them when he went to high five my kid.

We enjoyed our monthly girls night here. The staff were super friendly. Our server was very good. The menu had some good options burgers, pizza, and full dinners. I had the salmon burger with sweet potato fries. It was tasty. The haddock dinner was well liked by a few of my friends. The room had a rustic tavern vibe. Would definitely recommend. Prices were very reasonable.

I was here to enjoy Easter with friends. They were very busy today for Easter and the rest of our party enjoyed the buffet. They accommodated my gluten and dairy allergies bringing out a freshly plated meal completely safe. The food was fast, hot, and tasted fantastic.

First off, let me say this place has amazing character. It has old world charm. I recommend making a reservation if you go on a weekend because they fill up quick. We ordered the calamari appetizer to start and it was delicious. It was lightly fried to perfection. I got one of the specials, the whiskey steak. While it tasted okay, I should've gone for their house special prime rib. My steak was plain and the sauce that accompanied it was ok. The steak was cooked a perfect medium rare though. My son had the mushroom pizza, which was divine. We splurged for the lava cake dessert, which didn't disappoint. Our waitress was FANTASTIC. I will definitely be back again, but I'll stick to the regular menu.

An old favorite for most of my life... nothing better than a roaring fireplace. Food is a bit fancy sometimes but it's always good. Wish I could go more often.

Went out to dinner for my Dad’s 70th tonight, party of 5, and I have to say we had a great experience. The staff were all friendly, food was great, inviting, warm atmosphere. What a great little place. Will be back for sure.

Had the buffet at Christmas time it was mediocre at best and when I complained it took thirty minutes for the owner to come to see me. Let's just say she was less than receptive to me. Dropped off something in an unrelated matter and was told I was not welcome to come back for a concert I had previously purchased. Understandably I was upset. As I've never had anybody that ran a business do anything like this before. Definitely the most unprofessional handling of a complaint I have ever seen. Lady owner compt our Buffet And then accused us of not paying. She was very rude unnecessarily. I guess she took it personally. That's not the way professionals do things.

The sound system for shows is terrible!! Way too loud causing the vocals to be nearly nonexistent.

Went for a function food was not of good quality and far from being allergy free. Felt like the staff was going through the motions. It is what it is.

Went with a party of six, everyone but me seemed happy with their meal. Because the place bragged about their prime rib, I had to try it. Had the small size which was plenty for most people I'd assume. Overall it was just so so. Pretty bland flavor bailed out by the horse radish sauce & the mashed squash. The 2X baked potato was similarly bland. The lowest point was the popover, also bland & soggy as if it was frozen & thawed (just a guess). We'll be back for the atmosphere & hopefully I'll make a better choice.

Early dinner. Very quaint and colonial. Fireplaces and wide pine, warm and inviting. Prime rib and twice stuffed baked potato, excellent and generous. Great coffee and desserts too. Linda, our server was super friendly and sweet.
