ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!! if I could give 0 stars I would I will be name dropping. Spencer is the rudest employee I’ve ever met with a terrible attitude I had to wait 15 minutes just to even have then acknowledge me in the store and when they finally did I was met with annoyance and arrogance from Spencer and had to wait another 10 minutes for them to start my order (mobile order put in 15 minutes before my arrival) I don’t recommend going here ever I recommend eating week old food before going there.

Disappointed. The girl in drive thru refused to give me my free coffee on Monday. The app wasn’t scanning correctly, even though I did it correctly. I work at a different DD. The app does that a lot, when it does that with me, I just give the person their free drink, especially when I know it’s just the app that is messed up. :/ they just throw the drink away when that happens, so why not just give it to me when it wasn’t my fault the app doesn’t work? That’s bad customer service.

Just ordered sourdough sandwich. The quality control at this place is atrocious. I have spoken to the manager before, but yet again get a barely toasted sandwich with cold eggs. Seriously about to give up on this place. Btw coffee was not hot.
Repeatedly, time after time without fail this Dunkin’s is a walking mess of an establishment.I can’t even begin to count the number of times walk-in service has been inexplicably closed on a weekend morning.Worse than anything however, is the fact that EVERY SINGLE ITEM THEY PUT IN THEIR “toaster” is nuked to a black and hard hockey puck of a bagel.I am truly astonished at how poorly executed every item I’ve ever had from this DD manages to be. Go literally anywhere else.

I arrived shortly after 7PM and assumed the place was open because all of the lights were on and doors unlocked. Each Dunks closes at different times and I understand now that this store closed. Instead of telling me after watching me walk in and stand in line for service that they had already closed, they simply ignored me and turned off the lights while I stood at the register. Never in my life have I encountered such rude customer service members. If you don’t like people, don’t work in the service industry!

Within the last two weeks every time I've gone in::: They actually listen to what type of coffee I wanted,and made it right. Soo delicious ? This is what I get: m. Ice ex milk ex sugar, milk not cream and two shots of moca. Thanks. Keep it going!!!?
