If you are looking for a quiet corner to enjoy your coffee, this might be it. However, it’s not the kind of quiet I’d prefer, feeling empty rather. Only a few customers visited when I was there, maybe the time of the day. Plenty of off street parking spaces. If you are planing for studying there…no public restroom for customers.

I "tried" to order a cake and cupcakes for a baby shower last January. When I finally got through to talk to someone it was the owner and her focus was primarily to make me understand how expensive it would be. Yes, I got it the first time. It was off-putting. In any event, I couldn't get a response online in regards to the cake I ordered. There was no confirmation, nothing. Finally, when I heard from the owner, we were running out of time and she had the gall to blame me for the lack of confirmation. Beware of a business that behaves like they're the only place in town. Go to The Queens Cups in Worcester. You won't be disappointed. They did a beautiful job for me.

Not good for ordering a cake but great to walk in. Their sweets are not too sweet and not heavy! I love their sweet and pastry and also their coffee. HOWEVER, I wanted to order a customized cake and I believe I talked directly to the owner but she was rude and ended up charging me extra for some little sprinkles! I asked her to at least use more sprinkles but she ignored my request. Will def but from their pastry in shop but will never order customized cakes from them

Alice and her staff were impeccable and so easy to work with. The cake for our wedding was incredible and we will definitely be ordering from them again!!!

Bought a cake Saturday for a birthday. The cake costed $41 for a small six inch. Went to cut the cake today and the whole thing toppled over. I checked it when i got home and it was not like that. When i cut the cake the middle had sunken in. The strawberries on top also were not cut correctly and still had the stem on. I cut the cake because obviously i had nothing else to serve, well it tasted sour. The strawberry filling was going bad so the whole cake was inedible.

Very good coffee choices and alternative milks. Many dessert choices including vegan and gluten free options. Very, very expensive for a cupcake. Understandable for increases in prices of product but $8.00 for a cupcake?

The baristas were skilled and knowledgeable, and the latte was expertly crafted with the perfect balance of espresso and steamed milk. The café's selection of treats were also delicious. The atmosphere of the café was ok, with a cozy and welcoming vibe that made it easy to relax and enjoy my drink and snacks.
