First time customer....went with family at night. Never tried Indian food before. Menu had many excellent choices. I ordered a spicy vegetarian dish. It was fantastic. The cheese bread with yogurt dipping sauce was a nice compliment to the blast of hot spice I ordered. The bill for 3 came to $90. Will be going back. Very, very happy.

Tasty but very expensive! Got take out. A small container of rice was $4.50. Two pieces of naan (both together the size of a plate) were $6. One order of two meat samosas was $10. Way too much. I realize that ingredients are expensive but these are really basic things. I’ll go to Patel brothers next time.

I wish I read the reviews and looked at how many people reviewed before coming. The service was bad and the food was disappointing. The soup came out a minute before the meal. The garlic Naan was not bad. As for the rest of my meal, not so great. The flavors were disappointing. I had to wave several times for someone to come to my table for water, the bill and place my order. As I was checking out, I said to the gentleman, the service was not so great tonight. Nothing was said. I repeated myself to make sure it was clear about my experience. He looked at me and said nothing. Sorry, if you look at my reviews, they're very fair. I try not to say anything negative. But I can't say anything positive about this experience.

We had good service. Freindly staff, welcoming atmosphere, clean. Our food was so delicious, Naan was soo yummy, fresh and perfect. We had a lamb dish, and 2 chicken dishes. DELICIOUS, When we left, we were talking how we were full, but not uncomfortable, which is also do to how Well the food was made. We had left overs for all of us to have tomorrow. Definitely will return.
I enjoy Indian food and the food at Bollywood was excellent. I had the mulligatawny soup, lamb vindaloo and garlic naan. The restaurant is beautiful inside and they have a very busy take out business. So why a 2 rating? The service was terrible. I cannot recommend dining here unless you wish to be ignored. Requested water had not come after 10 minutes and had to be re- requested. I am eating spicy food and water is essential. The servers/management ? spent time sitting together with cell phones and chatting. Containers for left overs were dashed down on the table. But boy did they bring the bill fast. I would get take out, but these folks don't have a clue regarding restaurant service. I do not write many poor reviews, unfortunately this one was well reserved. I hope they can figure it out.

I been coming to this restaurant for at least 10 years and even though the food is good the service is disappointing. I went there for dinner waiter took a long time to take our order. Drinks came after the food and when I told them I didn't like my drink because it was too sweet they didn't even apologize or offer to remake it until the bill came. They charged me for a drink that I only took two sips and refused to take it off the bill. Really disappointing service is bellow other restaurants!

Sorry to say, but service was very slow at the beginning; even just to get a water refill or a menu when the restaurant was not busy. Food quality was not great at all and seemed overpriced. We had to catch the waitstaff's attention every time we needed something. Very disappointed and will not return as there are far better options for quality Indian cuisine and quality service.
