The place was filthy most likely because they were severely understaffed. It was 8 years since we dined there and most likely will not be going back ever. I had the misfortune of dining at the Buffalo Wild Wings Shrewsbury location today for lunch with my wife and two-year-old son, and it was an absolute nightmare. Despite being seated promptly, we were completely ignored for over an hour by our server, who seemed to make a point of avoiding our table altogether.After waiting an excruciating 25 minutes, we resorted to ordering via the app, only to discover that our food wasn't even being prepared. We sat there, thirsty and hungry, with not a single drink or greeting in sight and a displeased two year old. It wasn't until I got up about 45 minutes later to flag down someone, anyone, and demand to speak to the manager that any action be taken.The manager's response was beyond appalling. They simply shrugged off our concerns, blaming the lack of service on having only one server scheduled for the entire restaurant. No apology, no attempt to rectify the situation, just a cold suggestion that we could leave if we weren't satisfied. It was abundantly clear that they couldn't care less about our experience or satisfaction.As a fellow manager in the service industry, I am utterly disgusted by the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by this so-called manager. It's basic management 101: when your restaurant is understaffed and overwhelmed, you roll up your sleeves and pitch in, not drive away paying customers with your indifference.Rest assured, I will be taking my grievances straight to corporate headquarters. I refuse to set foot in that sorry excuse for a restaurant ever again, and I will make sure to warn others to steer clear as well. The Buffalo Wild Wings Shrewsbury location has lost my business for good, and they have only themselves to blame.

I live down the road and everytime I go here its complete trash food, I want this place shut down, anything else would be better. I got the worst wings of my life last night and bet the staff 20$ they couldn't eat the rest of them, it was like trying to eat cardboard dipped in sand & salt. What a great location and nice building, wish they served actual food. I will forever call them Buffalo Garbage Wings, ugh.
