The lady that served my family and I today had absolutely no respect. I asked her a simple question and she got in my face right over my menu and pointed back and forth to the two sizes and prices saying " large, small. Large, small, large, small " in a VERY demeaning tone as if she was talking to a 4 year old being scolded. It's confusing because they put make your own pizza with diff prices for the 2 sizes then have specialty pizzas right next to it on a large menu. My question was a simple one that didn't need a response like that, in customer service you should never talk to a customer like that. That 1 experience makes me not want to ever eat in here again.

We stopped at this restaurant, based on Google reviews about high quality, while we were sitting, firstly, it was very noisy. secondly, there was an opportunity to see how the cooks cooked in the kitchen without gloves. The waiters touch the food with their hands without gloves. With the same hands they take money from customers. which pass through thousands of hands.

I go here every time when I visit my mom. I come from NH to go here. The food is amazing, fresh, and never disappointing. My mom goes here a lot, and I often visit her with my grown daughter. She loves this place so much. So you have had 3 generations come to your restaurant. It's always a great visit with amazing food, and the servers do a great job. We will always be back to visit.Parking: Tons of parking to the side and front of the building.Kid-friendliness: See a lot of kids with moms and dads. Plenty of things they will like for food.

Ordered a small hamburg onion pizza WELL DONE....I get there....it wasn't close to being well done.Then the counter person looked at me with an attitude.Now....the pizza sauce tasted like the sauce in a can of chef boyardee raviolis...Gross.The hamburg was like dogfood...mushy and lousy.I've been on the toilet constantly since I ate this trash.This place used to be good...It sucks now.I'll never go there again.

Completed my order asked for an extra side of ranch. Lady behind my cashier told him to charge me 50 cents for the ranch i gave him 50 cents and was told it was 54 cents. Ended up having to waste more time on a busy night to pay with my card. Its the principal of it, you are a successful business- why be like this? The food however was amazing.

I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to a place we all know and love… Dean Park Pizza!! ?I had ordered pizza from another shop in town for my son’s birthday party at school today because they had the option for delivery. When they driver hadn’t shown up 45 mins after the expected delivery time and the owner of the first pizza shop telling me “it’s not his problem” and hanging up the phone on me.. I called Dean Park in a panic because at this point I had a class of 20 hangry preschoolers that needed to eat and get to sleep. They not only made my 5 pizzas in 15 mins but gave my son a free bag of chips for his birthday!! The pizza was delicious as always but nothing compares to their customer service!! Thank you Dean Park!!!!

Dean Park Pizza is one of my favorite restaurants. I have dined in and gotten take out from here dozens of times, and the food is always delicious. The service is great and they have a nice local atmosphere. Annika is an exceptional employee who is always very kind.
