Great service and food served promptly. Convenient location. Kids always choose their favorite go-to like donuts and latte. A trip once a week is a must especially if there are games.
Dunkin locations seem to be hit or miss and this one is definitely a miss. The staff usually sound miserable and are often rude. Maybe the manager at the Hartford Tpke location is better at what they do?

After renovations now very few chairs and only one table for 8. There is a bar top table and chairs. - not for all customers. It is even more unwelco ingredients than before. Had hoped for more gathering tables and chairs. No such luck. Too much wasted space and often wet floors with no warning signs! Disappointed, no improvement.
