I was waited on by a young lady that had a beautiful tattoo on her neck, she was very nice and smiling as she fixed my coffee the way I liked it. After I got my coffee she told me to be careful as it was very hot. I had cream and sugar put in my coffee and she offered me some packets of sugar in case I needed more. By fare the worst service ever! Constantly canceling orders for delivery and delivering the wrong food… I’ve been a long time customer of Dunkin’ Donuts but I guess it’s time to switch to honeydew donuts.

It's nice because I order my food online, go in and pick it up. It's I'm a gas station and the gas station has hot dogs and warm food so I buy something there instead of DD. ? No reflection on the staff because they're very nice and the coffee is great. Just this particular dd happens to be in a gas station store so you have more food options.

Guy who works late is always miserable, rude and too lazy to do anything. Gets mad when you order something, refuses to ever make anything besides coffee. Not truly 24/7.

Come here a lot never had a bad experience until tonight. Tried to get a coffee a 8pm she said Express somewhere she was being cleaned looked past that. Then came back an hour and a half later and she was mopping the floors and she was too busy between mopping and on the phone. It's too bad this country is going to Hell no one seems to ever want to do their job anymore.
