Thought it was weird that there was no way to heat or warm sandwiches. the counter where subs were made was full of crumbs and such which is expected but my sandwich was just placed on it… bread for subs were thrown on counter space again filled with crumbs, and same gloves were used to clean up messes and prepare sandwiches. instead i didn’t think much of it and proceeded to take my sandwich and i got really sick from it. i wish i looked at reviews before visiting. respectfully, i wish the business the best but some serious changes need to be made in terms of cleanliness.

I ordered a sub and asked for no veggies and extra cheese with mayo and go the opposite! Plus they sliced it into quarters! Who does that?! I mean what ever happened to pride in your work?! Instead we get incorrect sloppy work! Never going to Jersey Mike’s again!

Surprised to be charged over $20 for a large turkey sub. Didn't have any avocado sauce. No sauce and no toasting, but $24.

They can never seem to not give me lettuce when I deselect the box and put it in the comments. The employees at the Shrewsbury location are not a happy bunch. It's a very solemn vibe whenever I'm there. The food is crazy expensive. Getting a sub there is equivalent to going to a chain restaurant a few years ago.

Just came here to give Erin a 5 star review. She was dealing with a large catering order as well as customers coming in. She still answered question about gluten free options and was very personable even during a stressful time. She is a wonderful manager and is keeping things running smoothly at this jersey mikes location

You know you are going to have a great experience when you walk in and are greeted with a huge smile from the manager Erin, and her crack team. I have been visiting this establishment since it arrived in Shrewsbury, and my favorite person is Nick. He knows my order and starts making my sandwiches as soon as he sees me coming. 5 stars all the way around :)Vegetarian options: Something for everyone
