Employee named Dulce Eschman verbally harassed me when I tried to order a drink, then charged me $7.47 for two small fountain drinks. Crazy staff. One star because the food isn’t bad and I’ve been there a lot. Hopefully the employee can be taken care of.

Love Panera. They are consistent quality with individual stores. Very warm and cozy inside. This store had a fireplace . Their strawberry poppyseed salad is back! Quick, delicious and great value for the price.

We stopped for a nosh and some espresso drinks. My egg & cheese sandwich was good, but I am SUPREMELY disappointed to learn that Panera no longer has mocha latte on their menu. It's the only coffee-related drink that I like, so today may have been my last morning stop at Panera.

There was no one to help at the front (most likely due to helping another customer), and I and a friend were waiting for quite a while with three hungry children. I chose to use the kiosk (after seeing another customer who came in after me use it) to order our food. It wasn't as easy due to having to keep going back to find different sections and saying no to all the add-ons it kept asking about (one reason why I prefer dealing with a real person). We found a seat and the restaurant was clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. Food came in good timing, and the kitchen called out my name clearly (as well as a text my order was ready). The half portion salad was more like a side salad of about a fluffy cup of lettuce (which makes one wonder what a fullbportion would be like for the cost). The bread was good and the mac and cheese for my guy was hot and he enjoyed it. It was the perfect portion for him.

Want to try any of their specials? Order online to make sure you get what you want! Don't bother ordering them in person as the staff seem to consistently screw up. It probably doesn't help that the special menu items sound the same as the regular ones, with very little differentiating one from the other. Whoever is in charge of naming the menu items at Panera is really bad at their job!

A delicious breakfast (remembering that it is only served until 11am). Delicious cinnamon roll. This unit has employees who speak Portuguese and Spanish.

Not sure when I visited last time but this trip was unique as the kids picked their own items from the menu. Prices seemed to have gone up but guess that's with everything. My all time favourite has been the veggie Mediterranean Sandwich, broccoli cheddar soup but the kids went with Mac n cheese and chicken salad.
