“The place is a tad pricey but the food is good and the service is excellent. I suspect that the pricing might have to do with the quality of the food, which is higher than other fast food places. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The drive through lines can be long but they always manage to keep them moving so that the wait isn't long at all. Highly recommend!“
“Amazing and friendly employees, food is always fresh, and top-tier. My order is always made with love. Service is always quick. I wish the inside had a bit more friendliness and clean feel, maybe an interior update is needed.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room and seating. Many booths as well as tables. Child high chair is avaliable.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp built into the sidewalk outside of the restaurant. Plenty of tables to allow wheelchair seating. Low counters allow for an easy view for wheelchair customers.“
“Average subway same as all the others but did notice they changed there policy they no longer take subway coupons and their card with points now expire. I always save my point to use when I'm low on cash to my surprise I tried to use them and they totalled 0 which I should have had enough for at least 2 sandwiches. So both of those changes l found disappointing.“
“The young girl who took my order sounded like she was having a rough night but definitely not rude. The young man at the window was extremely polite and had great customer service. I had to pull to the front to wait for my order and it was quicker than I had expected it to come out since I had 5 chicken sandwiches and two were without pickles. The other young man who brought me out my food was extremely nice and pleasant. They got the order perfect like they always do. Honestly, I go here pretty regularly and they always have such polite staff even though they are younger adults and teens. Very fresh food clean inside and they always do a great job getting my son’s order right when we ask for no pickles. Will continue to be a regular customer. Way better than the service at the one in Fall River. Worth the drive over the bridge! We enjoyed our meal thank you for your hard work and great customer it means a lot!“
“The chubby hairy dude that works days is clearly on drugs. Waited 10 mins in lobby in front of the guy before being "greeted" by a deep sigh and huffing and puffing that he had to take our order. Why do you hire people that dont want to work?“
“Boyfriend got the fried snapper whole fish plate and I got the beef stew and rice. Ridiculously good! Absolutely worth every cent. The ladies behind the counter are very friendly and thankful for new customers. Will be back, probably once a week!“
“We got the chicken tenders and MAN that did not disappoint! It was rich in flavor and perfectly crispy,... like when you watch TV commercials kind of crispy.Despite being fried twice it's not greasy at all.The people working were super polite and friendly too. It's a small place so it's probably best to plan for takeout or eat inside during non-busy times.Also I appreciate the attention to detail with the packaging and the foil having a faux news article on it with the "story" of "chicken story."“
“I will give 5 guys a 5 star when they add a Gluten free bun to their menu. I love the burgers which I have to order as a lettuce wrap and the fries that are also Gluten free. They are good with allergy alerts.Dietary restrictions: Good with Gluten allergy. Add a Gluten free bun to the menu instead of offering a lettuce wrap.“
“We recently hosted a training for the staff/volunteers of surrounding communities and we needed to provide lunch for the group. I reached out to Jersey Mike's Swansea and spoke to Hai. She was extremely helpful in making it happen and was able to get authorization to accommodate some special needs we had. Some of those in attendance had never enjoyed a Jersey Mike's sandwich before but I can tell you with 100% certainty, they enjoyed the lunch so much that they will be returning. “I visited a couple years ago and it wasn’t the best experience.That said , I recently was in the area for work and was running short of time and needed lunch and decided I would give it another shot.The Somerset store was clean, the staff was upbeat, and bubbly. The sandwich was perfect. I’m glad I stopped in. Good job Mgmt and staff!“
