I hadn't been here in over twenty years and after my last experience I won't be back for another twenty.The food is blah at best. Our family got the buffalo chicken tenders which is basically a defrosted "chicken" tender absolutely doused in red hot sauce. The sandwich is the same as that's what my father got.I got the meatball sandwich which also wasn't tasty at all. Meatballs I don't think we're fresh, but could be wrong. Not flavorful. My mother got the chicken sandwich which she said was boiled chicken with no flavor. How this place is still in business boggles my mind as nothing has changed.Overall the inside needs an overhaul, it's stuck in 1993.

Order chicken parm with fries and manicotti. The chicken parm was not seasoned, not breaded, and was rubbery, the fries looked frozen and unseasoned. The manicotti was definitely frozen and then baked, burnt on the bottom of the to go container. Frozen food from a restaurant is just not okay, not when the two dishes cost $30 together. Also I have never been to a restaurant that doesn't bread their chicken parm....
This restaurant is superb. The servers are always attentive and prompt and the managers are always nice. The food is not only delicious and affordable but the portions are huge... I always have plenty left over for another meal. Highly recommend! A+++
Picked up an order for the holidays- the chicken parm is not breaded & came with no tomato sauce. The lasagna, I bought the biggest platter & threw out the majority of. I saw a guest take 1 bite & push the plate away, it could best be described as "mushy". The best item I received was the meat sauce they charged extra for on the side. I used to order from here often for platters/ parties etc, the last couple times I did it was a disappointment. I was hoping it was a fluke, I won't order from here again- it's getting more expensive & distasteful each time

I was very disappointed in the tray of lasagna I just bought. it was mealy and flavorless. not nearly enough cheese. honestly, I've have Stouffers that was better than this!. what a let down!
